None of the grinders had any of the toppings we requested… service was not great for 3 people 2 guest. We come home and none of the 4 sandwiches had any tomato lettuce or onion. Never mind we asked for other toppings.. the people behind the counter gave every sandwich just meat and cheese…

If I could give this location a higher rating, I would. The owner gives exemplary customer service and is a pleasure to work with. The food is always excellent and consistent. The restaurant is clean, everything is efficient, and all of the workers are great to work with. I feel so lucky to have this as my closest nardelli. Love the vegan chicken sandwich, it is definitely my favorite. Thank you all, I cannot reccomend this nardelli more!!

Went to get all the salads and a Italian grinder. I absolutely loved the nardellis when I was in CT before. But this location was completely different. Couldn't even eat the pickle, or the antipasto. Everything was just off including the grinder. I used to go to another location frequently and loved ever single bite but not a fun here

I have gone there 3 times everytime. They completely mess up my order they keep. The tv volume is up so high they can't hear anything I say because if that they yell at you and are extremely rude about not understanding what you say. I would never recommend them to anyone.
