Sandwich shop that has a good selection. Unfortunately they had advertised a special Cubano sandwich that they said they couldn't make. You would think if they had a special they would have enough ingredients to make them.

I live in RI, so I look forward to Nardelli's when I'm over in CT for work. Italian combo was great! But customer service was not. I was the only customer in the store and felt I was inconveniencing the employees by ordering my lunch (taking them away from their prep-work in the back). Other locations have always been super friendly

Worst grinder shop ever!!! Ordered online 2 grinders. One was pastrami and they put mayonnaise instead of mustard. Who puts mayo on pastrami!! Other grinder was a cheesesteak...and it had no cheese!! When you order online the instructions are in front of them and they still mess it up. This is supposed to be an Italian grinder shop but they lather mayonnaise on everything! Mayonnaise is a French condiment. And they put hot sauce on all their grinders too...also not Italian. They should be putting oil & vinegar on their grinders and everything else by request. Another time I was in the store, asked for oil & vinegar on their cold cut grinder, and the first thing thing their employee did was put mayo on it!! They should have never franchised! They lost a customer!!

Food was good service was good.Tried to download the app for the restaurant. The app was only for Apple, which is surprising. I wanted to pay with my Samsung pay, and the owner said we don't get people paying with that in here.Well, if you don't have it for people to pay with it, then they can't utilize it!!!! Plus, your app is keeping you from having a lot more customers that would come back just being used for just apple.Stop being narrow-minded just so you all know there's more Android users in America than Apple! Just saying!!!!I guess I won't be back!!!

Order the PLANT BASE Italian grinder toasted. The sandwich was okay but having someone getting over/have a cold (runny sniffling nose) w/o wearing a mask making sandwiches wasn't.Safety around food must be a priority that all restaurants should take into account.COVID is back & REAL!

I love nardellis but the location in east Lyme doesn’t seem the same, I got a pastrami melt that was probably 60% lard. Disgusting. I would rather drive to a normal location than go to that one again
