The food was okay, could have been better. I ordered the chicken and rice, and when I arrived it was already ready, so they were really fast – which was definitely a big plus. I also don’t drink soda, so I asked to swap it for juice in my combo, and the guy who helped me was super friendly and allowed the change.
When I went to pick up my food, he asked if I wanted sauce and was holding a white sauce. I assumed it was the salad dressing, so I said yes. He ended up putting that sauce all over the food, and in my opinion, it ruined the dish because it had a sour taste that didn’t work for me. I ended up throwing away half of my bowl because the flavor was too strong.
Overall, I think the service was great, the price was reasonable, but the sauce really ruined the meal for me. My suggestion would be to ask for the sauce on the side so you can add it yourself if you like it.

Possibly the best chicken over rice in CT. Always order big trays for family events and they don't disappoint.

An absolute hidden gem. Some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Also have great steak and chicken Philly sandwiches. The chicken over rice with thier signature white sauce is by far my favorite and a must try. Have never had a bad experience or order there ever and have eaten there over 50 times in last year this place is a must try and open late !!!!
