The place looked ok and the service was ok, but when we got are food they got are order correct. The nuggets were nice and crispy and juicy. The soft tacos were warm and had beef in the tacos. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. The sauces were so good, the fire ranch and avocado ranch are the best.

Updated review: AVOID! I actually got sick! Major stomach pain after this experience… —Taco Bell more like Taco cold! Barely any filling in soft tacos compared to normal, stale tasting tortillas, cold and got order wrong. Disappointing!

They never have potatoes. I don't understand why they put things on the menu that they never sell (or the person in charge simply doesn't take the time to sell all the products). Don't waste your time coming here

Who ever was cooking at 9:00 pm tonight (sept. 25th) needs to be fired immediately. I spent $30 on absolute garbage. The nacho fries were greasy cold and soggy, the hard tacos were wet at the bottom and had a terrible after taste. The crispy cantina tacos were packed like someone was angry smashing it while putting it together. It was completely broken apart and only had 2 pieces of chicken in it. The nachos that it came with were stale and gross. Worst fast food experience I’ve had in awhile and I eat Taco Bell often. I’ll stick to the one in Hartford as the food is always good and the lady is always friendly. They clearly made the food in hopes that customers would never return. And they did a great job at that.

Waited twenty minutes when everyone was on the phone and sitting outside just for the food I ordered to be completely wrong.
Went again to give them another shot for breakfast and they said they didn't have a coffee machine anymore? But you have coffee on your menu.
Good afternoon, I just left work and my son asked me to bring him taco bell and I went for drive tru and I ordered 2 orders of only chiken quesadilla When I get to take it out of the bag I find that it has cheese and he can't eat cheese but the girl who served me took so long in the first place because she was talking and she doesn't pay attention to the drive thru unfortunately they are remodeling the store so much when the service extremely terrible oh and therefore how is it possible that the company accepts its workers who smoke I saw it myself what a shame I had never seen that in a fast food store how bad I hope the big manager can read this since you will surely hide it I'm sure they don't even have a camera so they can see this. Honestly, I'm very, very upset because I live in Windsor CT and to find this, what a disgrace, my God, your attention is terrible.
