They always get the order wrong... It's a bunch of kids that don't understand ppl work hard for their money.. And now that prices have gone up I want my food to be fresh and put together well,( not sloppy) also put all the right ingredients smh . If the food isn't ready or is old don't give it to a paying customer.. You can't drive off without being dissatisfied there are a few faces that I see that I know my food will be good but if they aren't there... Omg prices went up service and food quality went down.. I love taco Bell but not the one in East Hartford.. They just have to care about food and service. I mean y'all did fight for better pay now we are fighting for the service / food that comes with that.. Retrain everyone!

First off did not give me time to take my order was rushing me to tell her if that was all then I pulled up not a soul was in the drive thru whole time I was there I ordered a slush and sum food she then told me to pull to a parking space I even asked for sauce right after she told me that they and was rude af about it she did not give me my hot sauce and I had to re ask them for my drink cuz they don’t even bring me that and yet still no one in the drive thru ur employees suck and need to go back to school they are rude and disrespectful this was at 830 for breakfast
