I'm lactose intolerant, I specifically ordered food with no cheese, they verified that there would be no cheese on anything and even wrote it on my receipt. When I got my foor it was as if someone had put extra cheese on everything. Was sincerely disappointed.
Google is now asking me to update my review. Judging by the fact that it just took 40 minutes to get a very small order for my sister in law, I'd say it hasn't gotten any better.

Took over 30min to make our food. We were paying in cash and they didn’t start the order until actually getting the cash. That wouldn’t have been a problem, but no employee asked us to pay once we gave our order for 30min. Then they didn’t give us everything we ordered and we had to point that out and wait even longer. We didn’t have a giant order, and this was not a busy time or near closing time. So there was no excuse for this awful service. We were not even offered anything including an apology for the very long wait. Go to a different location!

I waited 30 minutes for 4 tacos ( meat and cheese) my kids wanted taco bell so I decided to bring them in. After 30 minutes and I had to complain about the wait to the staff.. they gave me the tacos. I am not coming back if I have to wait that long. This location is understaff, at least they should prioritize customers who want to dine in.

Decided I really wanted some Taco Bell this afternoon after work so I went and grabbed my daughter and we stopped in, ordered our meals and chose freezes for our drinks and when the food came out I was told by 2 different employees that the machine was broken so I simply asked what I should do because it was an upcharge with our meals and I had already paid and that’s when I met Cici who immediately stepped in grabbed our cups and gave us our freezes (not sure why the other 2 lied 🤷♀️) we ate in so I was able to see what a great employee she is and asked for her name before we left so I could come give her the 5 stars she deserves! You saved the day so thank you and please know your appreciated!

The guys who work there think they're tough and cool. They act too cool to even want to take your order or take any special instruction. I'm a 30 year old man and I can tell they get very insecure around other men. It's okay to be nice. It doesn't make you look weak. The service is awful bc they're too busy trying be cool

I don’t know who made the mistake of hiring “June”, but CLEARLY they must have been desperate. Came into the drive through on 9/14 at 8:30 after ordering online. We got to the speaker and let him know we were picking up an online order and after giving the name he immediately said it wasn’t here and asked if we were at the right location. After giving the exact address he said it actually was there and said to drive up. By the time we got to the window he opened it and asked what we were getting. I don’t know if it was his first day or if he cares even less about his job than he does his appearance, but according to common sense and every form of fast food, it should clearly say on his screen what our order is. ESPECIALLY seeing as how there were only two other cars in front of us in the line, yet somehow took almost 20 minutes for our order to be finished! Then after he hands us our drinks he says “did you have something to say?” I said no why, and he repeats himself yet again. I’m not sure WHO June’s big self THOUGHT he was talking to but when I asked what the problem was seeing as how those last few brain cells stopped working, he couldn’t explain why he had the audacity to try to act cute and show out. After he repeated himself, I asked if WE now had a problem seeing as how I don’t know his greasy self and he was talking to me like he was the one with the issue. Instead of explaining anything whatsoever, or even apologizing for attempting to belittle me and being disrespectful, he then said “we don’t do that here sweetie”, and closed the door in my face. Thankfully the younger girl who looked like she was the one running the drive through, kindly handed us our order and asked if we were missing anything else. In case June isn’t his real name, he’s the heavy set short man, lighter greasy skin, bleached crunchy hair, with the attitude of a 13 year old. All is forgiven though because I’d be mad at the world too if I looked like that.

Decent offerings & quality of food for the price, esp when 'on the go'. Really like seeing nutritional info for the different selections.
Parking: Very available for the time of day, w/ handicapped easily available
