Being nice to the employees can go a long way. They just have bad days sometimes but we all do. So just be kind because they are trying their best here. I have no issues with them, my food was very fresh and the drive thru customer service was great!

Stopped in for fast food. They clearly pay more attention to getting cars through the drive through then getting customers through inside.We waited over ten minutes to place an order and decided to leave.

Slowest fast food chain. My wait is always long in their drive thru. Food is a gamble on whether it'll be hot or warm when you get it. But ok service.

I tried the ‘Son of a Baconator’ meal for the first time, and it was really good! I also had a Dr Pepper for the first time, and I highly recommend it for anyone who is very hungry and prefers burgers without onions, pickles, or other toppings.

No dogging the food atm it is Wendy’s so you get what you get I guess… it wasn’t moldy or gross it was just good. My beef is with the customer service. I was Asked after I paid, without explanation, to back up “behind the yellow poll for me until I signal you forward.” They then, after a few minutes, opened the window, and waved me forward. When I got To the window again, she held out my food, no words at all, and handed my my bag before closing the window while staring at me awkwardly. I was dumbfounded and paused for a bit to figure out wtf was happening. As I was Sitting there in my car the person continued on doing their thing before looking at me and waving me on through the window. It was extremely awkward. I’m assuming it’s a window time thing? So rather than corporate Wendy’s trying to incentivize their managers by making their employees do stupid stuff Like move their peopme out of the drive through so their wait times look better, how about you teach your employees how to greet and end a service experience… maybe focus on improving your recipes and slowing down a bit so customers get the quality experience they should have when you charge nearly 20 bucks for one meal… just food for thought…

Drive thru woman told me to back up once I got to the window so I couldn’t see what they were doing, after i had been in line for 15 min with one car in front of me. Back up???????? What does that even mean? I didn’t like that one but I felt very uncomfortable so I drove off. It was like she didn’t want me to see inside or what they were doing. Sketchy and Terrible customer service.

The drive-thru line was long, and I waited at the window for someone to come. I waited for more than five minutes. They couldn't hear my shouting or honking. I had to drive around and find them outside smoking. I waved to get their attention. I was using Uber Eats. I would encourage anyone to keep an eye on the drive-thru windows, no matter what. I am deaf, and it is frustrating to get their attention.
I was at the drive-thru for maybe 20 minutes total.
Especially, I am thankful to one older lady who did her best job.
I waited 45 minutes in line just for them to forget my baked potato. The guy at the register looked like he wanted to be anywhere else. Horrible experience all around!

Waited 35 mins inside with no service or someone willing to take my order while they took like 20 drive thru orders back to back. I know it’s fast food and I don’t expect Michelin star service but damn that was caca poopy!!!! I left after 40 mins and went to the chick-fil-a down the street and got my food in 5 mins there while being served with a smile. It’s really not that hard, do better👎🏼

I was in the drive through first line wasn’t moving . So I went inside and all the workers was just standing around and not doing anything and even with that I was wanting for 10 min before I but my order in customer service was horrible.

I come here often but I'm leaving this review because Trina took my order late at night. She was kind and made sure I could get my frosty and burger even though it was the end of her and her coworkers' shift.

Worst Wendy ever I already went 3 times the 3 times I have to left the line because my break pass too slow even when is no cars literally the last time was one car in front waste 15 minutes in line
