Ordered typical ice coffee/donut holes but the service. .crabby, no smile, no conversation, a face that 'said', 'oh, just hurry up, take your order and leave me alone. We smiled, said thank you...nothing...crickets...

When we walked in we were ignored, no welcome in, no how are you doing, not even a hi. I had a free whopper coupon that I wanted to use, placed the order and handed her the coupon, she said that if I wanted to use the coupon I had to tell her first. I asked to cancel the order and start again, easy enough. She told me in a very rude tone “it’s not as easy as it looks” and rolled her eyes, two button presses later, our order was restarted and the coupon went through. She was the assistant manager, her name was Jess. She was rude the whole time, and just miserable. Food was good but took forever to get. After all that time my fries were soggy. At least the hash browns in the bottom of my fry container were good. I do not recommend this Burger King unless you like being treated horribly by the staff. Spend your money at a different Burger King.

While I understand this is a fast food restaurant, I was so disgusted with this location that I had ti leave a review. Stopped to use restroom w family and noticed right away how outdated it appeared to be. Placed order in person and while looking around saw part of the ceiling hanging down, part missing with insulation / lights exposed in the main dining areas. Floors were sticky and it gave a dirty overall feeling. Needless to say, we didn’t eat the food.
The staff was polite.
To whoever owns this location… you need to do better. I’m not even sure how you’ve passed inspections.

I came here at 6 pm on a Tuesday. The place was empty, that should have been a clue. The customer service in this restaurant is non-existent. I walked in, got my food, walked out and not one employee spoke to me, not one word. No thank you for coming in. No welcome, how can I help you, nothing, not one word. Needlessl to say, I won't be coming back here. In fact, I won't be going to Burger King in the foreseeable future. Nothing Kingly about this place, just a bunch of unhappy employees that don't seem to realize that customers provide their paycheck. This location has some serious issues.
I’ve got to say this BK spot has the best tasting fries and Impossible sandwich that I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot🥲. Good job, staff was also friendly.

We just ordered food left door number for it to be delivered to and they left it out by the street our neighbor just happened to see it so it was ice cold and now they won't answer their phone so I can complain about our delivery. Who wants to eat ice cold food. Spend almost $40 to not be able to have a hot meal is ridiculous. I'm going to cancel the order off my card considering they don't want to answer their phone

Witnessed the front person get 3 orders in a row wrong, act condescending to customers, got my order wrong, then was confrontational about the size of the bite I asked for the correct item. Seriously needs to change the staff
