Café Sol is an absolute delight! The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with such care — every bite feels nourishing and delicious. From their vibrant salads and wraps to the perfectly balanced coffee drinks and baked goods, everything tastes like it was crafted with love.
Their new location is absolutely lovely — bright, welcoming, and full of charm. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal, catch up with friends, or even just treat yourself to something wholesome and satisfying. The staff is always warm and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better.
Café Sol has definitely become one of my favorite stops in Niantic. A true local treasure! 🌞🥗☕️

I keep getting fooled that the coffee is good here. It's not. Food is solid though and everyone seems happy to be there. Only one bathroom, so you may experience a wait.
Overpriced. $18.50 for a sandwich!! Go to Sift down the street and save $8 and their sandwiches are great plus their famous bakery cant be beat.

Cafe Sol is my favorite place to visit whenever I'm in Niantic! They have amazing coffee, pastries, salads and sandwiches! I just tried their seasonal cold brew with vanilla and orange cold foam -- oh my god, it's so good! They have fresh scones and muffins every morning with such enticing flavors (apple brie, strawberry rhubarb, cheddar chive)! Everyone who works there is also such a delight! Cafe Sol always puts me in the best mood!
