Cafe Sol has a decent selection of good tasting breakfast & lunch items on the corner of the road connecting Niantic with Black Point. I was here for.a quick lunch, and had the tuna melt on multi-grained bread. It was well prepared (it wasn't too hot) and was served promptly on a busy lunchtime. There's both indoors air-conditioned + outdoors seating.

Their new location is absolutely lovely — bright, welcoming, and full of charm. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal, catch up with friends, or even just treat yourself to something wholesome and satisfying. The staff is always warm and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better.
Café Sol has definitely become one of my favorite stops in Niantic. A true local treasure! 🌞🥗☕️

I had a salad with tuna. It was very fresh and tasty. My friend had a bagel with toppings. Everything was delicious and satisfying. I would recommend.
I love everything about this place. They have excellent coffee and drinks, and the sandwiches are to die for. It has a generally cozy atmosphere.
