Cafe Sol has a decent selection of good tasting breakfast & lunch items on the corner of the road connecting Niantic with Black Point. I was here for.a quick lunch, and had the tuna melt on multi-grained bread. It was well prepared (it wasn't too hot) and was served promptly on a busy lunchtime. There's both indoors air-conditioned + outdoors seating.

I have been coming here for a while now (since they opened the new location on the corner) and the food and service has been amazing!

As a small business owner myself I appreciate the hospitality and personal service!! This type of service is hard to come by these days.
