This was the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. I’ve always asked for light ice on any drink I’ve ordered Dunkin or not. At this location the girl who made my drink didn’t fill my cup so I politely asked her why it wasn’t filled fully to the top. She responded back that you pay for ice and that since I asked for light ice I get less drink. I could understand this response if I ordered an expresso drink but this was a regular coffee. When I asked again if she would fill my drink she refused and said she would not go into more of her supplies and that she was not going to argue with me. I politely asked one more time why she couldn’t just make my coffee the way I preferred as a paying customer. Her response was to ask if I wanted the coffee and if not she will just cancel my order and I can leave. I took the coffee to avoid additional drama and calming said that I wasn’t sure if I’d be back to this location. She replied “ good, there’s plenty of other places to get your coffee.”

I’m not sure if this is an actual Dunkin policy because I’ve never seen other Dunkin locations do this to one of my drinks in the past but, the way she spoke to me when I was trying to be polite about this is no way to treat people.

The drink was gross and probably half sugar.
My overall experience was a good reminder on why I usually avoid Dunkin.

It was completely packed. I was in the drive through with a mobile order and was in the line 20 minutes. The people coming out from the inside did not look happy either. A few had nothing in their hands and they just went in five minutes earlier. When I finally got to the window they did not know what order they were on. The worst dunkin I have been to. It was 10:30 on a Sunday. And don't bother with the app because they never give you your points anymore.

Went there just a little while ago through drive-thru ask for two different kinds of donuts they said they were out of those two and they asked for another one and another woman came across the loudspeaker very angrily saying we're out I said you're out of every single donut and she said yes with attitude absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous they're called dunkin' donuts and it's not even about that it's about the attitude I can understand that you guys are busy but that's the whole point of running a business is to be busy and you shouldn't have employees working there just because they're having a bad day take it out on the customers ridiculous

I have been a dunkin regular for about 15 years and recently had given up on dunkin due to workers putting ice coffee instead of espresso but I gave it another shot and went today. I will be returning again regularly after today. The older gentleman (whose name I didnt get) made my iced Macchiato the best I've ever had. He was so friendly too. A+++
