I have been a dunkin regular for about 15 years and recently had given up on dunkin due to workers putting ice coffee instead of espresso but I gave it another shot and went today. I will be returning again regularly after today. The older gentleman (whose name I didnt get) made my iced Macchiato the best I've ever had. He was so friendly too. A+++

I went through the Drive thru . The guy had a great attitude . Good personality . Too bad Google screwed this up too . I posted already with the guys name so the company would acknowledge him for doing a great job and caring at the same time

Had app trouble, and they couldn't help through a manual override. Spent 1/3 hour there trying to make it work, and you'd think they'd be empowered to take care of the customer by then.... Otherwise, typical Dunkin' w/tasty, though unhealthful, food and drinks. I would have liked to see a greater doughnut selection, though, such as chocolate cream filled (really a frosting) powdered doughnuts. It would be nice if they'd go green, too (solar panels, recyclable cups with a recycle bin, etc.).
