Pulled up to the drive through window to the worker blowing their nose, not wash their hands after then proceeded to touch napkins, other drinks and such. My loaded hash browns were cold and not loaded. I’ve had cold food from this location before and would suggest going to other locations.
The manager is very kind and respectful Ty fir the great service on the 24th the time was 8pm

If I could give less stars I would. Consistently the Worst, Slowest dunkin donuts. They miss food or just get it worng. Ordered snackin bacon and got 1 piece of bacon legit 1. But they take so long by the time you get the wrong stuff you dont have time to correct them.

Just had the best experience ever with the guy with the bucket hat at 715pm on Wed Sept 4. Dug around for cash because I live off tips myself, but I'll be back for that for sure. 10/10 best customer service, thank you for the whipped cream for my pup!!

Best employees Navina, Danielle, Hailey, Tyler , Zaiver. Linz E and Lizabel are the best Dunkin employees around they keep that dunkin going and provide amazing service everyday. They are quick efficient and super friendly. I really love this dunkin because of them it has a special place in my heart this dunkin has the best employees out of all the Dunkin’s anyone has ever gone to.

Went through the drive through and asked for a Pup cup because it’s my puppies 1st birthday. i was expecting a tiny little cup of whip cream as usual but i get a coffee cup size cup of whipped cream and a plain donut on the top!!! they were so nice and i love how upbeat the people working there were. That place gets so busy yet they were so considerate and sweet to my puppy on her birthday?

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited 10 minutes for my coffee. It had nine more creamers than I wanted in there so I asked for her to remake it. They gave me a coffee with the same thing and it was barely lukewarm. Now we’re on number three.

Horrible service and the new management sucks , be sure to ask for your ice out of their main cooler because they brush off their counters into the one they get the ice for the drinks from , also the coolers are all under temped so prepare for a food borne Illness ! Most of the 4 star ratings are from employees told to do so ???

Consistently bad, unfriendly service and painfully slow. Yesterday was the last straw, will never stop again. Coffee (2 midnights w/cream) was horrible after they got the order right after 8 minutes. One had grounds in it and both were lukewarm by the time we got to rocky neck, 5 minutes later. The cups were both a sloppy mess had to ask for a cup over for one, the other had splatter on the lid and cup. Done.

I am a doordasher and when I arrived there my pick up an on line order the order was not complete. I asked the person behind the counter about the rest of the order and she looked at me and said "DOORDASH IS NOT A PRIORITY TO US, SO YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT". I think that was very unprofessional and basically you get paid by ANY order that comes through. Whether it's drive through, mobile, doordash, uber or even in person. That was very unprofessional and I'm sure that the managers or the owner would agree with that comment.
