Unfortunately, whoever is working the window at 1:30 PM on September 19 has an unusual hate for London fog iced lattes. Usually, when I order this, they tell me to pull up because it takes five minutes to make. This woman gave me a speech about it taking 10 minutes and need to order ahead of time as I just ruined her day by ordering this. Such a cute, quaint store in the middle of crazy construction on the road. But you would never know or when you're inside. The service in the last month has gone downhill. They have cut down on the long wait times in the afternoon and saturday mornings, but the people dont have any idea of the app deal or how to use a register. Hired to many new people at once and didn't train them properly.
It's a Starbucks and everyone was friendly but they're very busy. They should look into getting a bigger spot somewhere in the area. It's a madhouse trying to get coffee there.
