East Lyme brick and mortar is one of my more frequented Starbucks locations(convenient)but its hands down my least favorite to visit when there are constantly 12 minute waits in the drive through or longer and they have definitely made my drink wrong multiple times or ask me how to make a drink that I’ve easily ordered at other nearby Starbucks. Just sadly dampens the day especially when you see so many people behind the counter and it’s still taking forever.

My Caramel Macchiato has never tasted better, I went to this Starbucks location, and Nadyer's attention was 10/10. In short, I'm going back!

Unfortunately, whoever is working the window at 1:30 PM on September 19 has an unusual hate for London fog iced lattes. Usually, when I order this, they tell me to pull up because it takes five minutes to make. This woman gave me a speech about it taking 10 minutes and need to order ahead of time as I just ruined her day by ordering this. Nowhere on the drive up menu does it say I can’t order this drink because it takes too long to make. Tell me to pull up! I don’t need a lecture and the sighs about what I ordered

I usually enjoy the opportunity to get some work done while having lunch at Starbucks but I found myself not able to do that today. One of the workers was seated at her laptop at a table and not only didn’t she not look well (appearing to have just rolled out of bed and forgotten to brush her hair) but she continuously coughed a deep, dry cough the entire 15 minutes I stayed. When asked if she was already she responded that she’s had the cough for a month now. Needless to say, I took my food to go and do not recommend going there if you’re looking for a peaceful, sanitary space to get work done.

I spilled my coffee before I left. Went to go order another one, and the staff was very kind to offer me a complimentary coffee to make up for my spilled one! Awesome crew here!
