Brandon is doing a fantastic job managing this Starbucks. The store feels organized, clean, and genuinely friendly every time I come in. The team works well together and handles pressure calmly, which says a lot about the leadership. It’s obvious Brandon cares about both the customer experience and the staff. That kind of management makes a big difference.

Terrible wait times unorganized poor parking availability we waited in the drive thru over 35 minutes and were trapped we could not evenove around to get out I will not come to this Starbucks again

Visiting this Starbucks is refreshing. Customer service is NOT a thing of the past. The staff at this store are constantly kind, helpful and efficient. Are they busy? Of course - They serve delishous products made to your liking every time. (That is why they have the APP.) But they have never been too busy to ask what you are waiting on if you are there a minute or two the many times I have stopped in. I honestly can't say enough good things about this store!!!

If I could, I’d give them a zero second day in a row I waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order to which on the second day I canceled and walked out. Five girls standing around doing absolutely nothing. horrible service. No one should ever wait over 30 minutes for an iced coffee

Possibly the worst Starbucks in the entire area. It’s always extremely overpacked due to the way they have designed how you pull in and exit. And they are always out of items

The service was really bad, I was waiting for my drink for 15 minutes when ordered online prior to getting there. Three of the employees were talking around while me and multiple other people were waiting for our drinks/food.

The staff that works here super friendly and the food. I’ve never really had a problem with, but that’s the most I can say about this place recently the service has become so slow that it’s become almost unbearable if you Have seven cars or more you can expect to be waiting nearly 30 minutes for your food
