Unacceptable portions of shredded cheddar. Homegirl finger tipped a small amount and threw it on the bread. I asked if she could sprinkle a little more on top of the meat as intended and she wanna try and charge me double cheese? As if the tiny sprinkle i asked for was coming out of her pocket. I worked at subway for almost a decade and will not be coming back to this one anytime soon. Common courtesy keeps people coming back. I didnt ask to throw extra slices of cheese, just sprinkle a little on top of the spicy Italian to keep the cold cuts down while its being toasted. Really wild the attitude i got from the two employees but its whatever. I paid for bread and veggies basically. Make sure she can count to ten too! I know how many slices go ona spicy Italian and she tried to skimp me on meat the last time I was there. Had to call her out and sure enough she did the something this time!!! Least she could do is sprinkle the tiniest bit on top of the meat that wasnt portioned correctly!

This is hands down the cleanest, freshest and friendliest Subway in the area! I work nearby and every visit is a great experience!

I called to place an order for pick up, but was told they don’t do that and I need to order online. Not a fan of online orders as they’re usually hard to customize, but the process wasn’t too bad and I compromised by not making any customizations. Turns out it didn’t matter because 2 meals were completely wrong anyway. The receipt verified that the order was placed correctly, so I’m not sure how this happened, but a turkey bowl, turkey and ham bowl, and tuna bowl all turned into plain turkey bowls - no tuna, no ham. Overall disappointing experience.

These Owners dont participate with the circular coupons or app promotions... sooo thats why i dont go to subway's anymore... as soon as it became optional for franchises to comply with coupons & etc then they went downhill..

The whole reason I went is because I got a whole sheet of coupons, I walk in to see “no coupons allowed” I ask why and when will it be available again and the lady working just shrugged her shoulders. Tell your staff what is going on!

Showed up at 7:15 for a quick sub to find a locked door. Open sign still on and 15min to closing time and the young lady on shift was hiding in the back while her ride was waiting outside. Mind you the hours on door say they close at 9pm on Friday's. Very disappointed will be going to the one in salem instead.

Very Poor customer service, and incorrectly changed for extra items we did not receive.
Great location with extremely nice staff. Remove two stats because customer restroom has a do not use sign for last 3 years . Not cool and is this even legal For a sit down place ? - Otherwise would get 5 stars for sure .

This Subway is... subpar. The last time I went they only had three bread types: Italian, multigrain, and flat bread. How does a Subway not have Italian herbs and cheese?! They also do not accept coupons. Although, I am sympathetic of this fact after watching John Oliver's segment regarding the Subway franchise. These people are probably barely making profit.

Scored a kid meal for my daughter while she had a basketball tournament. She loved it.....especially the cookie in lieu of applesauce. Service was quick too.
