I smiled at the worker and said guess I'll be going else where . So Family pizza for tuna grinder with black olives , extra lettuce . Got home no black lives , onions 😢. Can't believe people are that stupid . Gee look around and you'll see how people are .

Saw some Subway coupons in the mail so I decided to try to use one today at the downtown Niantic CT location for lunch. They refused to take the coupon and when I asked why they had no response. There was no sign anywhere stating that coupons weren't accepted.Apparently it's an ongoing issue with Subway corporate sending out coupons and locations not honoring them. I can't justify $14 for an average at best footlong meatball sub, a small bag of chips and drink. It's a complete ripoff and it's false advertising. Won't be going back to Subway even though i've gone for many years.

Giving this visit a DEFINITE THUMBS DOWN!!! & this is unfortunate, because I just was informed about this location last week, when my boss took me there & the guy was super cool, made a great sandwich, conversation, informative, just a great employee!!! However todays visit COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE!! Would enjoy discussing the behavior of today’s visit. Otherwise I would give your establishment a 5 star for previous visit, NOT THIS ONE

The food was fine, what you'd expect from a Subway. The person behind the counter, however, was very rude. They made several sarcastic and condescending comments, and didn't answer our questions straight. They seemed more interested in telling us that they didn't take coupons than actually helping. I'm also quite certain they didn't know how to ring up gift cards.
