Normally The Shack is consistently good. We stopped here twice on our last visit to the area. The first time we dined in and enjoyed it. The second time, we placed a to-go order that was completely wrong and went against my dad's diet restrictions? Maybe they gave us the wrong order. They are always extremely busy and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
We mer up with mu husband's friends early in a September Saturday. No wait for a table. Food came out quickly. The eggs Benedict was good, and my husband enjoyed his Denver omlette.
Would definitely visit again, if our travels take us back to Connecticut.

This is the 2nd location of “The Shack” we have dined in and we love them! Popeye omelet was fantastic and so much i had to bring 1/3 of it home. Eggs and home fries were just perfect as well. We will stop again. Highly recommended.
