Not many true diners left but The Shack is one of the best! Breakfast all day, great menu with lots of variety, and the staff and service are amazing! Homemade soup all year long (usually 3-4 every day) is always great, and the daily specials are worth checking out. No alcohol is served but I think that’s part of the charm. You won’t regret it if you give it a try!
Decent all around place to eat, it's a greasy spoon with pretty good service. Not spectacular food but in my opinion it's meant to be really good and top off there and that's perfectly fine. Recommend, just get there early enough or you'll be waiting out the door.
Misty was our server and she was lovely and really is a great cheerleader for this place.
We went here because my wife was reading some reviews and someone said if you're looking for a bowl of oatmeal and fruit do not come here (although they probably make it yummy) but if you're looking for big yummy breakfast food this is your place.
