My cousin and I visited CT last week. We came here for breakfast on our first morning in and we were so impressed! I had the corned beef hash and it was amazing. Our flight got cancled going home and we decided to come back before leaving town. Valerie was our waitress both days and she was an absolute sweetheart. Very attentive and extremely welcoming. This will be my breakfast spot every time I visit CT!! Thank you to the staff for such a great experience and delicious food!

Yesterday I took my grandma over here for breakfast for the first time. We both really enjoyed the place and will be back. You definitely get the feeling of a hometown restaurant. The place is in a historic building and the place oozes with charm. I got the omlette of the day and she got the western sandwich. No complaints on flavor here! I must mention the homefiries, they were delicious. Most places these days seem to be afraid of flavor and these were perfectly seasoned. I can't believe I haven't been here before but will be back. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!

Google led me to a gem of a restaurant! Hands down, the best pancakes I’ve had in this area bar none! The hash browns were also perfection. Definitely found my new go to breakfast place!

Cute small town dinner. Decent and kind service. Sort of feels like you’re just in someone else kitchen. Food was pretty average, and my biggest grip was the cheap condiments. There’s no significant money to be saved there and they went as cheap as possible with all the condiments, ie ketchup, (fake) syrup, bottled drinks, and more. I would go back if a friend wanted to, but it’s not my first choice for breakfast spots.

Alright so me and my wife traveled 45 minutes to go to this place and once we went inside everyone looked at us like we was aliens or something there didn’t even say “welcome” she just gave us a really rude look making us not feel so unwanted ? and on top of that It wasn’t even 1130 and they stopped serving breakfast.

Despite living in the area for years, this was our first time here. It was excellent. We were greeted warmly by a very friendly women. It is a small older style diner type place. They have counter seating as well as a sufficient amount of tables. Right off the start we both noticed the cleanliness. Everything looked very clean. The decor is appropriate for the age of the space (guessing from the 50’s or styled that way). If you are looking for a hoity toity place, not for you. But if you like nostalgia it’s a go. The food was good, fresh and plentiful. It was served hot and with the same pleasantness as we were greeted. Found out that it is mother / son owned. Mother is a waitress and son the cook/chef. They have owned it about 4 years. I could see where if they are busy you might have to wait a little. But to me that is a positive. Prices were reasonable and comparable to other similar places. First time, but will not be our last! We will have to give their lunch a try also. Give them a go, betting you will enjoy it also!
