My 95 yr mom and I would visit store and restaurant regularly. Yesterday's visit was extremely disappointing. The menu has changed and her favorite meal is no longer on menu. The food served was OLD! Always loved the sweet baby carrots. The carrots were dried out and rubbery as if they were sitting for days. no usual sweetness. the mashed potatoes were also dried out and crumbly. chicken tenders were tough. Extremely disappointing visit.
Terrible management, worst service i have ever seen. wrong order took over an hour and would not give me refund. Taking this to corporate. Rude management with employees all siding with me and having me directed to anyone who could help.

Terrible service. Wrong order refusal to refund management was rude. Customers left when they saw how I was treated other employees referred me to a corporate number. I will be making this known.
Not too bad whenever I get a chance to visit. Food is mediocre as of late but I really enjoy all the neat stuff in the lobby area.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. It seems the menu is changing and it hasn't been the same taste. With that said, I still enjoy going there. I just wish they would bring back Haddock and Mountain Blue Berry Pancakes. I wish the fire place was going more. It always made me feel like home. I just think it is changing to a normal place to eat. Cracker Barrel is special.

worst experience. the wait for just the food took 40mins for just pancakes and the pancakes was burnt and the toast was undercooked. I never felt disappointed with breakfast food.

The food here is consistently good. My main gripe is that the side dish portions have shrunk over the last year. I know profit margins are slim, but that's needless nickel and diming.

They were completely understaffed. We witnessed tables going completely not cleaned for the entirety of our meal. The food was cold. The meat was over cooked. Why ask me what temp I wanted if you were going to over cook it? The server was the only great thing. She was so nice and apologetic. She truly cared.

Disappointing this visit. Food was terrible, took forever and yet was cold. Had to wait to be seated. Very disorganized experience which is not the norm for a CB. Waitress was sweet.

Food is always top notch. Had to wait about half an hour to be seated, normal time for cracker barrel. Once seated wait was longer than normal to order and then time get food. But overall visit was good

Ordered on Uber the country fried steak. Was excited because is hard to find on the east coast...it was so stale and dry, I couldn't eat it. The flavor was off and white gravy was also bland. The hashbrown casserole was good and eggs but I paid $17 for a side of eggs and hash browns in the end.
