My first experience with the channel that had been tempting me for a long time. I was unfortunately disappointed with this branch, we arrived at the end of service but we waited a long time before being served and the restaurant was not very clean. However, the food is excellent and the portions generous for the price and it is obvious that I will try the experience again to form another opinion.

Waited 48 minutes for food, food was good. Never got biscuts, I don’t think I’ll be going there again.Went again, April 27, 2024 waited 48 minutes to get our food. The manager said there’s nothing I can do. She gave me two dollars off to me. That is absolutely uncalled for the customer always comes first. We should at least got minimum half the bill paid. I will be calling corporate to complain big time you do not talk to her that way.

The breakfast is good but different from the one in Holyoke. They don’t have any mimosas, I heard from a staff member that they are trying to get the liquor license for this restaurant.

We went to The Cracker Barrel on Easter and I have to say we did have a good time with the family but as far as the restaurant, well they need some major improvements. We had a really nice waitress, I wish I had gotten her name but unfortunately I didn’t. I can say she was young and she was very good. The restaurant ran out of some food such as ham, potatoes etc… but they rectified the situation pretty quickly. The food that we ordered was probably a 2 on the Richter scale. My granddaughters had to send their food back and order something else. My husband and I had Sirloin steak and it was tough. Not very good at all. It was quite disappointing. We just smiled and let it go cause at least we were with family and having wonderful time with them. The Cracker Barrel just needs to make some improvements. At least they have a nice staff!! This was the East Windsor Cracker Barrel.
