I went here with my mom and kids because she wanted to try this new restaurant. When we got inside, we weren’t greeted or even acknowledged for about 20 mins, they were just taking care of people who were paying their tab. They could’ve said “will be right with you.” We finally got seated and at first the service was quick, they took our drink orders really fast. but then 15-20 goes by and we still didn’t have our drinks. After we got our drinks, they never came back to the table to take our order. The girl who brought us our drinks was back at the register just standing there. She never came back. At this point we’ve been here for 45ish minutes & my kids were getting anxious and no service so we decided to leave. When we got up to pay for our drinks, i noticed that my mom’s lemonade was expired. We told them that we were leaving because no one took our order & the drink is expired. i know it’s a new restaurant which is why we wanted to give it a try, but they need to work on their customer service. at least acknowledge your customers or let them know that it might take a while. We would’ve understood. But to not even come back to our table was crazy.

Went twice and both times were told that breakfast was over at 11:30 on Saturday but put me on a waiting list to call when my name came up and never called. The next day, on Sunday, arrived at 10:45 am and was told breakfast was over at 11 am. A few of my friends also had bad experiences with the food and service and went to DOMS down the street instead.

Very nice atmosphere, service was quick and server was very attentive. Two of us ordered breakfast and one ordered lunch. Food was fresh and delivered hot. I would go back and bring my friends.

Ordered the baked stuffed shrimp, crab cakes, steak tips and chicken. Absolutely amazing, taste is unreal and perfect portion for my husband and I. We also ordered a few more items and can’t wait to try. Krafted Kitchen will be part of our weekly dinners.
