This is our go-to Dunkin since we moved to EW in 2017. Friendly staff, good service, tasty baked goods and the coffee is consistently fresh brewed each time we visit. They finished up their Christmas Toy drive this week and are helping to support our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) as well. I want to thank them for always being good neighbors to us in East Windsor!

I never think to review chains like this, but this staff deserves it! Every time I’ve ever been they’re so enthusiastic and nice. Love to stop at this Dunkin’ on my way to the highway. They’ve also always got nice, smooth tasting coffee, and their bagels always seem to be fresher than the other Dunkin’s in the area.

i would have NEVERRRRRRRRR gave this type of rating until today when i had the pleasure of coming across one of the blonde women there… I have been to this specific location quite literally like 100 times because i love the staff and my order is almost never wrong if ever, and the one time that it was, it was fixed with no problems. i pre ordered thru the app for drive thru, as always, and then sat behind someone who should have went inside for the amount of stuff they ordered like it legit took 15 minutes but i sat patiently. pull off with my “bacon avocado toast” and it has no bacon, now i swing back and the drive thru is long so im getting out of my car(which i didnt want to do in the first place which is why i pre ordered for drivethru) i go in and i just ask for a side of bacon cus my toast came without it. mind you this woman had an attitude off rip and then asks of i had it with me..?? i clearly didnt… she said she needed to see it … legit just needed a side of bacon but instead im crashing out at 8am on a sunday… her customer service is garbage compared to the rest of the staff. attatching the pics tho so she can see for herself when she reads this🩷🩷dunkin can afford to give me 2 pieces of bacon whether i was lying or not but it is what it is 🤷♀️

I mean of you've been to one Dunks, you have been to them all. This location only had 2 employees working, so the drive through was a little sluggish. The staff were friendly, and I feel bad as I am sure they catch some attitude for the delays that are beyond their control. Inside is clean and looks like any standard Dunks.
Yes, reasonably priced coffee, other choices also very good. Consistency across all locations is excellent.
