Pulled off the highway to grab a drink. Got two hot chocolates that were mostly water. Totally undrinkable. Not sure how you mess up a hot chocolate but come on.

Shoutout to the morning crew who know me by name by now! I think a couple must have left but I’ve seen the employees deliver an older woman’s coffee outside to her so she didn’t have to walk in. I usually do mobile pick up but one time it was raining and the line for the drive thru was unusually long but after I told them I was picking up in the drive thru, someone actually came out and brought it to me instead of having me wait the line. That’s great customer service you don’t see anymore! Coffee baristas deal with a lot and little gestures like that always make me smile.

I have a issue with this Dunkin. Why isn't there water free? Most other ones give you free water with purchase. But very sweet workers otherwise.

we went through the drive through and our staff person was so lovely and friendly and made the experience wonderful. The cold brew I got was delicious but unfortunately the breakfast sandwich was dry and bland
