I forgot to grab half of my order this morning and was about to turn out of the parking lot onto the main road, and a Dunkin employee ran out to my truck to bring the rest of my order to me. I can’t thank you guys enough for your great service! Thank you!!

I ordered snacking bacon and a coffee...my snacking bacon was cold fresh out the fridge when they handed it to me so I asked for it to be heated up and the employee said "you have to request for it to be cooked." SINCE WHEN DO YOU HAVE TO REQUEST FOR HOT BACON!!!!! dumbest thing I've ever heard.....and the coffee was gross.

I had not been in a while due to an unfortunate incident with an employee being extremely rude. After months I finally went back to day ordered a small coffe thru the drive thru was told to wiat they were brewing more coffee. A few moments late I was given my coffee after driving away and having to get to work realizing the coffee was cold and I feel given to me that way un purpose. The person who handed me the coffee was the same rude employee. Very unhappy about the service will never go to this location again. And you lost 125+ monthly business from em because I purchase many gift cards 1x a month. I know my name is Karen but I am not what the definition of a Karen is to most people. I work in customer service and I am kind and respectful. But I am going to speak out about bad service.
