Today, December 18, 2025, I visited this Dunkin' Donuts location because my usual store did not have any donuts available. This was my first time at this particular location, as I was unaware of its existence. I chose this location based on options provided by Google. My daughter and I arrived around 3:20 PM and requested a dozen donuts. However, the employee began selecting donuts and placing them into the box without confirming my specific preferences. I then informed her that I wanted vanilla, strawberry, and one chocolate donut. Additionally, I observed that the employee appeared to have a negative attitude, displaying an unpleasant demeanor and using her phone. I believe she would benefit from additional customer service training to improve her professionalism and customer interactions. The big white lady with the glasses who thinks she owns the store is totally unprofessional! She is very rude doesn’t greet customers and always aggressive to the customers I witnessed it a couple times and now I’m finally a victim! My food was undercooked and I told her she replied that corporate told her that’s how the food shall be served. Hours after eating I felt sick to my stomach I went to the doctors and they said not to be eating that bacon undercooked because it can lead to parasites getting into my belly so nope I won’t be spending money here no more

I went there for my breakfast. There was a white lady who was making sandwiches. I requested to the cashier to tell that lady to change the gloves. That lady replied, I’m not dumb, I know. The way she was saying, it was rude. The cashier was also disturbed to heard this. It was so disrespectful

Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME

Great, quick service and it's open 24 hours. I usually go here at 2-3 AM for my lunch break. Just not a 5th start from this one impatient kid who had a bit of an attitude when redeeming my free coffee, and another kid not telling me that they were out of a certain item and replaced it with a similar item. It wasn't that big a deal, but it's the principle of bringing it to the customer's attention.
Not all Reviews can be Positive, Im not quite sure what's happened to this Franchise but it's going downhill. Wrong Food Orders, Wrong Coffee Orders, Staff with Poor Customer Interaction Skills. The Only Dunkin' Worth Visiting is the Dunkin' Located within Mohegan Sun, a Small Coffee Shop run by 2 People and yet It's the Best I've Ever Been to.
