Young lady at the window very rude and rudely drops my change and i ask to speak to the manager she said no manager at the this time and she cuss at me and closed the window. The young man the night before was very polite and courteous.

Inappropriate conversations being had between staff members. I don’t mind employees talking with each other and making their shift enjoyable, but the topics were… not the best especially when it is quiet and there are customers eating inside. Makes for an uncomfortable environment. Food was good though, service was eh but considering it’s a dunkin my expectations are never high.

Let me start off by saying that the staff that works at this location they're pretty ok My concern is this. You have people that smokes by the door there is cigarettes butts everywhere. You walk up to the door. It smells like cigarettes inside smell like cigarettes at the entrance, secondhand smoke is the worst and you go to location to buy something to eat or have a coffee you can't even sit outside because everywhere in that area smells like cigarettes who wants to deal with that your cigarettes butts all over the parking lot just horrible
Horrible location I don't feel like they understand on top of that. How can anyone enjoy the environment when it's nasty
