Inappropriate conversations being had between staff members. I don’t mind employees talking with each other and making their shift enjoyable, but the topics were… not the best especially when it is quiet and there are customers eating inside. Makes for an uncomfortable environment. Food was good though, service was eh but considering it’s a dunkin my expectations are never high.

Let me start off by saying that the staff that works at this location they're pretty ok My concern is this. You have people that smokes by the door there is cigarettes butts everywhere. You walk up to the door. It smells like cigarettes inside smell like cigarettes at the entrance, secondhand smoke is the worst and you go to location to buy something to eat or have a coffee you can't even sit outside because everywhere in that area smells like cigarettes who wants to deal with that your cigarettes butts all over the parking lot just horrible
Horrible location I don't feel like they understand on top of that. How can anyone enjoy the environment when it's nasty

Stopped by the road while on a flying visit to East Windsor, My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts left much to be desired. Although I was excited to try their Everything Bagel Bites, Signature Churro Iced Coffee, and Blue Raspberry Coolata, the overall experience fell short of expectations.While the food and drinks were satisfactory, the lack of friendliness and attentiveness from the staff was disappointing. There was a noticeable absence of smiles and genuine interaction, making the atmosphere feel rushed and unwelcoming. It's disheartening when the service doesn't match the quality of the products being offered.
