My drink order is always wrong since the old management team left. Workers there are so unprofessional and rude by far would not recommend coming here and just driving the extra 3 mins downstairs the street to the other Dunkin .

Ordered a sandwich and got exactly as expected from Dunkin. Completely missing the top bun. I asked for a sausage patty included. Not to remove the top.... it's a damn samich.
This is by far the best Dunks ever! They make right if they get your order wrong (which is rare) and make right if you order wrong. Everyone is super patient and kind.
Way to expensive for coffee ☕️ I can go to Cumberland Farms and get coffee for 1/2 the price.

Ordered at 10:08am was asked to pull up to white fence that my wraps were in the oven and someone would be right out with them. I sat by the fence for 26 minutes and went back thru drive-thru to be told "oh they got thrown away"?!? So you just forget about your customers?! Noted.. Im not sure whats going on with Dunkin Donuts in South windsor lately because Sullivan ave is just as bad.
