I have all liked KFC but this time was absolutely awful really gross , I ordered the the six piece original chicken it was awful and was cold and tasted old, the batter was hanging off the chicken , mashed potatoes and gravy were also cold the coleslaw I usually love but this time it was warm and tasted sour ,

This is a restaurant that sells chicken. Every Tuesday they have a special on an 8 piece bucket, no sides. Every Tuesday there is a 20 minute wait for chicken. You think they would precook enough chicken so costumers didn't have to wait.

Person at register got upset at family member because she didn't know where butter was. Then she looked and said they must be out because there was none out back. Who can eat one of their great rolls without butter

Useless drive thru person, had to keep repeating the order and he looked like he didn’t give a shit. The tenders and the rest of the food were disgusting. The place went down hill, what do you expect with those “workers”

Our chicken was lukewarm and the skin soggy not what we were expecting. The French fries were fresh but because I asked for them that way. Overall the meal was okay not worth what they are charging now a days. The restaurant itself was very clean and well stocked with sauces and everything else. Staff could be friendlier I feel like customer service no longer exists!

do not come here if you don’t have 30 to 45 minutes to stand in line or the drive-through! I don’t know who’s managing the store, but they need to go back to the beginning of their training and hire someone that knows how to manage. Every day you cannot get through this drive-through in less than 15 minutes it’s unbelievable. It’s not even practical for fast food. Thank you.

We waited for 35 minutes in the drive through just to find out they are only accepting cash. We both really wanted bowls so bad so we got cash and came back. We waited another 30 minutes to find out they were out of CHICKEN! Do better KFC. Better management would do and more workers who actually know what they are doing. This is very very disappointing I wish I could get my money back.

The food is good and I haven't had an issue with it. But the store takes too long, even when placing mobile orders, I work at Walmart across the street, and I usually order 15 minutes in advance and there's times where they take multiple customers and my order isn't even done, not sure what the point of the mobile app would be a this point if I wait twice as long as ordering in store or on the drive way, but either way they both take an hour or even more for a simple order not even a family meal.

I am leaving an honest review, which is why I gave it two stars despite my unfortunate experience. I became very sick to my stomach, and so did my mom, dad, and dog (I had given them some chicken) after purchasing this meat. This is the second time this has happened to me at KFC; the last time, it was stale chicken. This KFC needs to reconsider its staff or be cautious about allowing random individuals, such as volunteers from the fire department, to come in out of uniform and serve customers. While this may seem like a favor, I am currently dealing with social discrimination issues involving the local fire department, which I will soon be addressing in court. It is crucial to pay attention to who has key access to the kitchen, as it raises concerns about the safety of the food. I am very disappointed and infuriated.

Good service and good was better than a lot of the kfcs in my area. Afsana was very nice to us as well.
