So my crunchy tacos were not crunchy like they were old. My crunch wrap supreme was not crunchy either. There was a long wait at the counter. I for sure won't vist this taco bell again.

Today, 10/1/25 I purchased a 3pc strip meal with wedges. Please see picture of what I received. The strips were almost same size as the biscuit- all three pcs of chicken was cold and hard - same with the biscuit. How do I get a refund for the meal? I tried call the East Windsor location where I purchased it and no one answered the phone. I am appalled that this was actually served to me. Never again. I will continue to try and reach them. Drive-thru order.

Very bad experience! The chicken tenders had almost no breading, were small,tough, cold and dry and cost too much! We were supposed to get dipping sauce and didn't, the coleslaw was old but the biscuit was delicious! I called corporate to get a refund and all they would do is refund me $5 of the $16.71 I paid. I used to love KFC but now I Won't Go Back

It's taco bell and KFC - What could go wrong? Well, nothing except they keep the temp in the store at sub-freezing temperatures... perhaps in an effort to dissuade vagrants or to hurry the clearing of available tables, idk, but it was F R I G I D when I visited in late August.

I have all liked KFC but this time was absolutely awful really gross , I ordered the the six piece original chicken it was awful and was cold and tasted old, the batter was hanging off the chicken , mashed potatoes and gravy were also cold the coleslaw I usually love but this time it was warm and tasted sour ,

This is a restaurant that sells chicken. Every Tuesday they have a special on an 8 piece bucket, no sides. Every Tuesday there is a 20 minute wait for chicken. You think they would precook enough chicken so costumers didn't have to wait.
