Food was ok, the service was a bit lacking they were hesitant to change the order to mixed because it was never asked what I wanted, nor was any condiments offered or given. The greatest thing is they weren't rude.

Just ordered the original chicken sandwich meal And could barely chew the chicken as it was so dry and which had a very spicy sauce on it the buns were old and gross. My fries were cold. This place sucks! Waste of $

If I could this store would get 0 stars. I came in with my girlfriend and our 2 year old today (12/13/24 between 6:30p-7p) the service was horrible. There was nothing filled at the station such as lids, spoons etc. We had to wait 5 mins for spoons and a lid. They watched us from the kitchen and made us wait. Did I forget to say my family and I are black. The workers were white with 1 black male. They made the black male take care of us. Then me and my girlfriend noticed that when white people came they serviced them quicker, with the white workers serving them!!!! The store manager Alyssa was horrible!! Crew horrible!!! Food horrible!!! Chicken pink!!!! Waste of time!!!! Never coming to this KFC store.

Waiting in the drive thru, two cars ahead of me that had already had placed their orders. 5 minutes to take my order. Waited another 15 minutes behind the still waiting cars. Pulled out because I wasn't going to wait any longer. Went home and had cereal. Won't return and don't recommend this location.
You don't go to a place for atmosphere and that shows here. Service is hit or miss food is KFC what you'd expect except it ussually is better
BTW bathrooms are the best
