This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell I've ever been to in my entire life. From the moment we stepped into the bathroom and smelled like someone stepped on a dead cat mixed with a propane leak. When we got to the counter, there was a whole posse staff thought it was appropriate to be dressed in half uniform and half pajamas -- all of it was dirty to match. The food took forever to come out, and when it did, they abandoned us with no silverware, but scolded us when we stepped over the kitchen floor line to ask for some. Corporate needs to have an intervention at this location.

This was absolutely RIDICULOUS no words can describe how frustrating it was you would expect 10 minutes to get food in a drive through however it took more than 40 minutes just to order none the less get our food. I am so BEYOND DISAPPOINTED in this establishment people behind and in front of us where honking and revving their engines and eventually leaving. There is no excuse ESPECIALLY when you have 7+ workers there. We saw people standing around doing nothing I have NEVER experienced anything close to the disregard of customers. This location needs a complete overhaul and SERIOUS management help. On top of all that the food is subpar at most! AbsolutelyRIDICULOUS I would recommend NO ONE to come here.

1 hour. 1 hour in a drive thru. I’m pretty sure a group of untrained sea otters who are amputated and have no hands or feet could run an establishment better.
I come here quite often, Service always takes an average of 15 minutes even when the line is empty and sometimes takes up to 30 minutes Mander are multiple people in line. Very unfortunate or fast food.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Literally has been a whole mess for a while now. Never have chicken. Close KFC earlier and earlier. WHY the hell are you even a KFC??? What a joke this place is! If you get lucky and can get some good forsaken chicken out of this place, be prepared to wait a looong time. Management wake up! You had management turn over not that long ago but clearly haven't done anything to fix it. Close down! Retrain! Rehire! Start fresh cuz damn you guys really suck!
