Avoid the Sunday Brunch. I have been a fan of Nutmeg for years, and I would do family functions again, but the brunch was entirely disappointing. The hot food was barely warm and it was dried out. We arrived shortly after brunch started, so it should have been fresh. There was plenty of food, but we found ourselves having a hard time finding something appealing. For the price, the food should be fresh and at least warm if they can't maintain hot. Unfortunately, the cold foods were not cold, either. As a former waitress, I always tip 20% or more, so the 20% automatic tip didn't bother me, but it seems high for a buffet where you serve yourself. 15% seems more reasonable, allowing patrons to add extra as they wish.
I've been here several occasions. It's always a pleasure. Food is delicious. Servers are outstanding.
We had an excellent waiter Adalberto, and as always excellent food. That's why we have been there before, and will return again.
I don't normally do this, but it was so horrible. I have to say something. The clam truck was cold. The steak was tough. I don't think I know how to make an old-fashioned never again.
Some of the food was very good, my steak was not great and my stomach thinks the clam chowder had bad clams.
It was my first time there during lunch time. It was much more affordable but still with dinner size portions. Very relaxing no rushing us out .
Hi Nutmeg was very comfy Service wonderful Food for our lunch was not as expected Regretfully we got pasta dishes that seemed heavy Would suggest that quantity of food be reduced! It just seemed like a heap of food Would have appreciated better quality and less volume Recommend lighter meal selections for future lunch specials
I've been going to Nutmeg for years and have always had a wonderful memorable experience.
We had 9 people in our group and everything went smoothly. Service was great, especially the omelet station person who should be commended as one of the friendliest chefs ever .
Place is awesome. Food is top notch and can’t beat the Sunday brunch.
Highly recommend the Penne Al Vodka pasta with chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot rate The Nutmeg highly enough! We always look forward to seeing Barbara, Sandra, and Junior who take care of us so well. The food is always superb and we have never been disappointed. We come here frequently. We've also booked several events here and Koulla is great at getting those set up. If you're looking for good food and good people, you've found it! Try them for lunch, dinner, or their amazing Sunday brunch!
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The bathroom is too, but can be a little tight.

While we had a very enjoyable dining experience we did not enjoy our entrees. The special pork dish was on the tough side and the veal Picata was extremely "leomony". to the point that I could only eatd 1 of the 4 pieces However the Calimari was wonderful. We will continue to dine at the Nutmeg as it has great ambience and character and usually great food. We must have just hit an off night from yhe kitchen.
Excellent menu to select from, wound up going for the 3 course prix fixe. French Onion soup, shrimp scampi, and desert. The others in my party did the same, all selecting a different entree. All dinners were fantastic. The ambiance was great and Barb our server, was over the top! Very attentive to our service. Great Restaurant, we truly enjoyed the evening experience.
