Y’all, if you put vegan cheese on your online ordering system, please make sure you actually have it in stock. And if you don’t have it in stock - remove it. Your kitchen staff told your hostess as I was walking in that you didn’t have vegan cheese. I placed thus order an hour ago. Now I’m waiting to have you refund my money (which is now taking 15 minutes) for two pizzas we can’t eat while my 8 year old waits for me to place an order at a different establishment to drive to and pick up. With hopes that we eat before bedtime. It’s trivia night but come on… just wild. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This restaurant is our absolute favorite! It is only just a minute down the road from our home, but we weren't crazy about the previous restaurant in this location years ago, and just didn't get around to visiting Roberto's until earlier this year. What a mistake we made waiting! We were immediately impressed with the atmosphere, and now we come about once a week and have tried so many of their wonderful sandwiches and meals. Everything is so flavorful, plated beautifully, satisfying, and delicious! The wait staff is exceptionally friendly, and they always remember what we like to drink and practically have it ready for us when we come. We haven't been back to some of the other restaurants we used to frequent in a while, and we might not be straying from Roberto's for a long time to come!

The Taco salad is excellent. My go to every time.

Worst service ever. Went there twice and had bad experiences. (Wrong food, drinks in dirty glasses, wrong charges)

Get together with friends. We have not seen each other in over 25 years and 40 years. The waiter was nice but annoying. We were there on a Monday at 12 noon. There were not many people there at all yet the waiter kept rushing us to order. I ordered a cheese burger. The meat was gray, had many tiny pieces of rocks and no taste. One slice of cheese on top that was so thin it was transparent!
The restaurant is beautiful inside but needs a good hosing on the outside. The bench outside was very nice but filthy and spider webs all over. Nice location too bad I can't recommend them!

An overall amazing experience at Roberto’s. They were extremely accommodating for our party, which included young kiddos. We were completely impressed by our server Kelly’s customer service and her knowledge of the menu. The food was delicious as well. Would definitely recommend this business!

I went with a group of friends and we sat at the bar. They refused to let us do separate checks. The manager was very rude and told me I don’t have to eat here when I politely asked to do separate checks.

Upon walking into your establishment, I was excited to eat food that I had ordered after my long flight from Texas to Massachusetts. I ordered a grilled cheese that came with fries, and my friend ordered chicken tacos. The grilled cheese sandwich was sub-par at best and definitely did not fill my tummy, I had to ask for ketchup, and it was definitely not worth 15 dollars. The chicken tacos were clearly made by a white man as it had absolutely no seasoning. It tasted like a salad wrapped in a tortilla. What the heck.

Food was great! I got Mac and cheese with chicken and it was so good. We shared an appetizer of ribs that was falling off the bone. If I lived around here I would definitely be visiting again.
