I actually just did a pickup here, but the staff is very friendly. It has a real Italian vibe to it. Since it is an Italian restaurant _ood_ the owner I spoke to him. I believe he was the owner, very nice gentleman. The waitresses were very polite. Even the people at the desk very informative. An understanding and not to mention food _ood_ was ready on time. I repeat Our food _ood_ was ready on time. I love the archways when you walk in. Just the whole vibe is just wonderful

Thurs spaghetti meatball w salad night,can't be beat . . Friendly,staff.. fresh fish the best also egg plant parm especially good. Get that at lunch hrs. Pizza yummy

Had great parking, great pizza, and the server was beyond amazing. Had high chair for my little one. Even th e bread rolls were great.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Connecticut with delishous and decently proportioned and priced dishes I'd say you should stop by to try out some amazing food the staff have been very polite on each occasion and very courteous the establishment is clean and staff are respectful of the customers needs

I will join the many others on here who are saying this place has simply gone downhill! I was a customer for over 5 years and things just are not as good as they once were from the service to the quality of the food. I tried to resolve a mistake on my order (that was completley their fault) with the front staff and not only did they tell me there was no manager I could speak with about the issue, but I had left my name and phone number and did not recieve a call from anyone at all and it has been over a weeks time..To be fair they had offered me a voucher for an equal meal but at this point with the service lately and this not being the first mistake paired with the food quality going down, I am no longer a customer at the restaurant, all I was asking for was my money back on an over priced salad that they had made the mistake on.

If you're looking for a place with a really good food, great service, and a very family atmosphere, look now further than Sophia's. We've been going there for many years. We have never had a bad meal. The only possible complaint I have would be that their portions are far too big to eat in one sitting. So, yeah, you have lunch the next day, and then some. One highly recommended dish for me would be the Zuppa di clams. To. Die. For.
