Burritos not filled to their Potientally I got a chicken burrito supreme I add rice and a bunch of. Toppings which I pay extra for. Burrito came barely filled was more wrap than anything. This happens every time here and I’m paying 30 bucks for two burritos with all the extra stuff I add. Every other Taco Bell I get a cramped packed burrito. I also pay for two sides of nacho cheese they barely filled the side containers literally just coated the container didn’t even fill it

Go to Walmart go get some taco ingredients go home make the tacos and that will still be fast then how long they take there’s ALWAYS a wait time do not waste your time and come her promise your better off making it at home. I asked for hot sauce and honey and she gave me one hot sauce pack for 8pc nuggets. DONT COME HEREEEEEE!!!!!!!!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I waited over 10 minutes at the speaker in the drive-through, hoping someone would take my order. Despite waiting patiently, no one responded. Eventually, I decided to drive up to the window, only to see an employee completely disengaged and texting on their phone.
To top it off, when I drove around to investigate further, I saw a group of employees just standing around, chatting with each other, oblivious to customers waiting for service. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed a complete disregard for customer service.

Asked for the 5 dollar TENDER box...they gave me the 5 dollar drum and thigh box. Did not notice until I get home.
Plus...employee was sitting outside smoking Marijuana.
Sat at drive through after paying for 20 minutes. Got home the potatoes were mostly starch and not edible. We got the 12 pc meal. The chicken was good. But instead of biscuits there were wilted fries and a chicken sandwich neither of which we ordered. So for $46.00 we got 12 pcs of chicken and coleslaw. Will not be going there again. Service was slow with no apologies. East Windsor Ct place.

Then they gave me a dorito Taco for some reason instead of the burrito I ordered..... And then there were three other cars in the drive-in so I didn't feel like waiting 14 hours. So I sent a message to Taco Bell and they ignored me, lol

attempted to go here once. there was only two cars in the drive through line and it was 3pm. I sat in the drive through line for twenty minutes, did not move at all, then had to leave. I won't be going here again. Fast Food Baby!

This has to be one of the WORST locations in the entire company. Ask anyone in East Windsor, the waiting you must endure just to place your order is awful. I work very close to this Taco Bell. I went to the drive thru today around 330. There were two cars lined up at the windows, and a couple at the speaker..after 5 minutes I still hadn't even heard "I'll be with you in a moment"!! So I got out of line and left. I came back at 430, sat at the order screen for another 6 minutes (only 1 car at the window) with complete silence on the other end. I don't know if it's the employees themselves, the management or what but customer service is becoming a thing of the past. I sound old but the attitude some of these dopey people have when it comes to serving the public, it's unacceptable. Anyway, I'll drive 10 minutes out of the way to go to the next closest location (windsor locks) the service is always good and the food is always good. Do better East Windsor Taco Bell
