Every time I come to this location something is always wrong. This time my famous bowl wasn’t made with my modifications correctly. Customer service was terrible. A tall lady at the front was extremely rude it feels like there is no management at this location. I live close and try to keep my distance. This was the final straw. Will not return.

I had a coupon for $5.99 3-piece tender combo. I was only charged $5.64 because they didn’t know how to input the coupon.
The food wasn’t great. Tenders are tiny now. Mashed potatoes and gravy also very small container. And they no longer offer wedges so I got the mashed potatoes. Did not want fries. Everybody has fries. Mashed potatoes tasted ok. A least hot. The 3 tiny tenders were over cooked, hard, chewy and not very hot. Pepsi was great! Can’t get that anywhere else anymore. This meal would have come to over $10 if it weren’t for the coupon. Would not get this again even with a coupon and certainly not worth $10.

I Ask the server for 3 piece was going to get breast, leg and wing she said their is no breast at all, and then gave me old chicken. 10 min later a customer orders a one piece and now they have it. That is some selective service.

Ordered here twice. Second time I ordered 6/7/2025. They accidentally made my tacos regular when I ordered the Doritos tacos. They were very kind and super helpful when I came back around and explained it. I’m a soft talker so they were very patient with me as well. Thank you to the crew that worked on 6/7/2025. Seemed like a pretty chipper group to be working together :).

I have to say this is by far one of the Best Taco Bell's in CT. It was very clean, organized, fast, friendly emplyees and most of all CRUNCHY TACOS!! My fiance and I have eaten at pretty much every TB in the state but quit going because we were so tired of long waits, rude employees, messes every where, no Taco Sauce and especially getting Soggy Tacos!! Beings we haven't been to a TB in months we decided to stop at the one in East Windsor and I'm soooo glad we did!! We will definitely go out of our way and come here for our TB Fix!!

Burritos not filled to their Potientally I got a chicken burrito supreme I add rice and a bunch of. Toppings which I pay extra for. Burrito came barely filled was more wrap than anything. This happens every time here and I’m paying 30 bucks for two burritos with all the extra stuff I add. Every other Taco Bell I get a cramped packed burrito. I also pay for two sides of nacho cheese they barely filled the side containers literally just coated the container didn’t even fill it
