Came in to order one person in front of me she ordered person walks in behind me and the woman took his order and acted like I wasn’t even there so I did order and left. Your service is garbage so I assume your food will be to!

I really wanted a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel until I saw the cashier give bagels to the sandwich maker and handle the register multiple times without changing his gloves. If gloves are that expensive, use a tong and not your hand smh. First & last time going there

Their bagels are absolutely delicious. I wish the cinnamon raisin bagels, had more cinnamon flavor though. their cream cheeses are delicious. I've tried their filled coffee cake, absolutely delicious! The staff are wonderful nice people. Very clean and nice inside. I can't say enough good things about this place.. Definitely one of our favorites.♥️😊

Was served 2 melted smoothies, one mango and one raspberry. I calmly asked if they could be remade and before I could finish my sentence, the woman working (probably a supervisor based on the blue polo) cut me off and rudely said ya it's the blender. I said I was here last week and it was different she condescendingly told me that was a different blender and walked away. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be back. Used to come almost weekly.
Just went here for the first time this morning and the bagel I had was perfect. The bagel, eggs, and bacon were all fresh. Very delicious, I’ll definitely will come back.

Benson takes too long to deliver orders and the customer mostly pays for the very low deliveri. I don't like going to that restaurant.

I don’t understand people that complain and give bad reviews on small businesses. If your that person complaining all the time, just stay home and eat your microwaved tv dinners.
