Food is not fresh. Rolls or buns are often dried- out and veggies Seem spoiled and meat seems like it's been reheated several times.

This burger king I have visited a couple of times now. Each time they have been friendly, fast and the food was good, and so far has always been done without any errors. The only downside to this burger king I would say is when leaving the parking lot there is a dip which for my SUV was fine, I just wasn't expecting it to be quite as much of a jolt, but I could see if you had a low clearance car it might cause a bumper scrape. Overall though it's been a great stop when I'm in the area.

Not the cleanest service is slow took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me then I watch 6 people get food before me with a poor reason of waiting on fries when the 6 other people got fries as well unorganized chaos of the one counter person having to help the order

I usually have great experiences at this location. I usually stop by before I head to work and the staff would be really nice. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience tonight. I usually place online orders and pick up. Tonight I decided to go in and redeem my crowns for a whopper jr w/cheese. They removed my points (550). I asked for the free burger for national burger day and I guess the system glitched and removed the order I had prior. I’m not sure why the girl that took my order just walked away with out explaining to what I’m thinking was supervisor , but they were basically accusing me of lying saying that I never had points to put in and blaming me for the malfunction. I tried my best explaining to the older gentleman what just happened, but he proceeded to ask if I just wanted to order the 2for 5 burgers when I already told him that my points had been removed already and I just wanted my food for work. When I finally got my order it was thrown and it slide on the counter. My burger was freezing and my bacon felt like it was just removed out of the fridge. Not sure if these employees tonight were in a bad mood but it made me extremely uncomfortable to go back in to inform them.
Have been to other Burger Kings. This place is the gold standard. My grandkids love this place.
