Something is different…We order from Chengs about once a month. Food is usually very good. However tonight we were very disappointed. Fried dumplings were greasy and the filling was not up to standard - tough and chewy like a cheap grade of meat and missing the usual spices. yuck. Didn’t include the extra sauce we requested. Husband got chicken chow main and pork fried rice and they did not include duck sauce or crunchy noodles. At one point he said “I don’t know what I’m eating…”. Completely out of the norm for Chengs, but if the food is this poor next time we won’t be going back.

It was disgusting the chicken chow main was salty, fried rice was not fully cooked, the beef teriyaki was not fully cooked and the boneless spare ribs did not have that b-b- q crisp and the duck sauce tasted like the package sauce. Did not even took left overs home.

1st turn off was dirty doors and windows when entering. My food was not hot or fresh even tea was not hot. Had pork lo mein, won ton soup & tea.Service was good. Kitchen staff were fighting & yelling, dishes crashing. Staff sitting in dining room filling what looked like won tons no gloves then servicing people. No thank you, will not go back.

Ordered Chicken and Cashews to go. Having a hard time finding chicken or cashews in it. Its also a little bland. The egg roll was great at least.

Worst Chinese food in Enfield. Grease soaked chicken fingers and dry pork fried rice. Find another restaurant to eat Chinese food. I would not recommend this place.

We’ve been going here for 3 years and the food is always amazing, every time! The staff is very kind and accommodating and are especially sweet to our babies. It’s very heartwarming how kind they are to your family. 10/10 recommend!!

Food was amazing! Clean-tasting if you could imagine. Scorpion bowls were delish too! Atmosphere would have been 5 stars if two people in the back weren’t having an all out screaming match at each other. Otherwise, just lovely.

This place used (pre- Covid) to be pretty good. The quality of the food last time (literally our last time) was such that we threw 1/3 of the food we ordered away. The cost, since Covid, has gone up considerably!! When we used to pay around $30, has turned to $60! Which I wouldn’t mind paying if the quality of the food (consistently!) was as good as it used to be. Delivery times are pretty standard now, 45 minutes. They used to be under 30 minutes.

Food was too expensive and was nasty as hell. Don’t recommend anyone to come here. I’ll give them a zero. ??
