Just sat at curbside for 20 min for a milkshake. Went back to check the app and it said it was delivered. So I go in to see what happened, and they give me 2, but still wasted 20 min and who needs 2 milkshakes

. What can I say about Chick-fil-A, great food, great prices, staff is awesome, and they nailed the drive-thru to perfection. I've never eaten inside I've only gone through drive-thru and the only problem I had was mastering the QR code setup for the mobile drive-thru it took me about three or four times to get it now I got it I guess you could contribute that to user error. Kudos to Chick-fil-A keep up the good work.

Drive thru quick service very courteous. Great lighting to see staff and menu. 3 piece stips, waffle fries and a drink, spices chicken sandwich and fries and a drink and Chick-fil-A sauces yummy!!
I come here for lunch all the time, i decided to try breakfast today, where i placed a mobile order at 10-15, I arrive to chick fil a at 10:32 where im greeted with a guy looking at me like im dumb and telling me “this is the mobile… drive… thru line” To which i then matched energy and said “ yeah.. i have a mobile order😆” He told me to scan a QR code, im on my camera scanning it, he said no in the app, i said i dont have the app i just did it as a guest online. He told me to just go to the drive thru and he recalled it, i get to the drive thru and there talking about i’m too late for breakfast (order already set and paid for 15 minutes ago) And they’ll give me the sandwhich with no egg, so 10$ breakfast without the biggest part of why i ordered it. What place doesn’t start a mobile order when it’s received? No where. The whole point of a mobile order is connivence. No where on the app did it say mobile orders are made to order, when i’ve ordered mobile for lunch and would go inside and my order was already ready, so i fully know they receive orders before the guest arrives. I don’t like how i was greeted and spoken to and their system. Honestly feel it was full pettiness.
