I’m a huge Chick-Fil-A fan. I order from this restaurant frequently and they rarely disappoint. I’ve been to every CFA in CT and this is one is by far the best of them.
I stoped here today traveling to Vermont and the girl who handed me my food and got me extra ranch was truly genuine and great spirited. She made my day with her sweetness. I came through at 11:41-11:48 am. Didn’t get her name but I hope she sees this! She was so sweet to me. 🥰🙏

I love the chicken minis here. The iced coffee is not good at all. Hardee's has it better, so skip it. I'd recommend the strawberry shake.

Refused to take my order at the window because it “would mess everything up” and asked me to go back around after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through. There was a crew member walking around and I thought they would take the order but they didn’t and I was left without my food

Lots of good and bad, but ultimately, wait time for food quality is what I write my reviews on. Why do I get pulled up out of the drive thru when there’s only one other car and wait 5+ mins for my order and it’s not even warm. Eggs on the breakfast sandwich were oxidized and hard.

Phenomenal. Seriously. Been to some dumpy CFA lately and this was great. Service was great. Food was great. Employees were 10/10. Only thing was it seemed like some employees were getting a talking to. Might want to take that in the back.
Grilled chicken nuggets were so bad. The seasoning was horrible and they were spongy. Never again. Second bad experience at this location. Another reason not to eat fast food.

this store closed abruptly an hour before posted closing time and while it’s understandable that unexpected things happen, the communication was poor. Online ordering was still turned on and my card had already been charged. The door was locked and drive through closed upon arrival and several people waiting outside their door for mobile orders. Some people were receiving food while others were not, but people who had placed an order were not being notified their order couldn’t be fulfilled. I called and there was no clear way to confirm my order was cancelled and charges were voided.

As a dasher I feel so discriminated against specially being a man of color they pick an choose who they make confirm orders infront of them so they can be all in your phone as if your going to steal the customers order mainly the managers here I bet if I looked like them they would let me get my order and walk right out this place is terrible I’d never recommend taking orders from here as a dasher specially if your not white

I swear they've CHANGED THEIR HOURS. Only open til 10 on Fri. & Sat. now; 9 M-Thu. I'm almost positive it used to be 10 every night. And it must've been somewhat recently they changed, because I saw 2 other cars after me aim for the drive-thru at 9:30 & seem surprised by the barrier. (At least they block it when they close & don't leave you sitting there talking into a drive-thru thing where there's nobody on the other end!) I don't like places that close that early. It seems very early for a fast-food place!
Clean bathrooms, very polite employees, & pretty quick service with so many workers. Love the chicken tenders & their signature sauce; not so much the chocolate chip cookies or the ice cream.
