One thing that really irks me when it comes to Chipotle is when you order double meat (pause), and they only give you a normal serving and then try to go in for the additional but shake everything off the spoon or tongues but then make sure to charge you for what you didn’t receive. Diabolical work!

I ordered through door dash but got the wrong order. I was very upset by this as it was my first time trying chipotle. I ordered 2 burritos and got 1 burrito and a bowl, which didn’t even have the correct ingredients. I ordered chicken and queso but instead it came with steak and no queso. This was clearly a store error due to the fact that both of my receipts state the 2 burritos.

In a timeline of 1.5 weeks I went to the Enfield location at around 1-3pm - 3 different times- All 3 times they were out of grilled vegetables. I figured it could happen once but all 3 times is unacceptable! I mean it’s the middle of the day, do they run out one time and that’s just it for the day? If it happened one time, it would be understandable, but all 3X in a period of a week and a half, come on!!!

Another awful experience from this location! Bland food, order incorrect, ice cold food, barely any meat added to the bowl. Even the chips and salsa were bland. I don’t understand why they don’t close this location it’s horrible every single time!

Yes this place at any time! I made an order online which was messed up by the 3rd party charging me $27 for just chips without adding my main meal. I ended up driving to this Chipotle Mexican Grill with the chips to find out what happened. When I reached there, the staff who attended to me was so calm and understanding. I decided to get another meal with the intention to pay but the staff waived it. I can't begin to tell you how i felt. No matter the disappointments in life, there is always a blessing waiting at another angle. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to the Crews of Chipotle Mexican Grill that worked in the evening of 12/20/25. You made my evening and we love chipotle!

Ordered on the go and paid for double protein, and barely received a single portion. The entire to-go order was poorly put together—no utensils, napkins, etc. Chips were stale as well.

As someone who loves chipotle it saddens me to say this place needs to be shutdown by the department health. They have serious cleaning issues. My mom and I went before last year's Thanksgiving and I don't know exactly what she saw but whatever it was she was like don't eat from there again. Thats a very high risk for food poisoning place. Have not gone back since. Hopefully someone from Chipotle sees this and takes it serious. There's serious contamination issues in this location. Please look in to it
