this store is disgusting. there was stuff all over the floor, and it just wasn’t a great incitement. i came here to get lunch, and i found a few strange pieces of who knows what in my burrito. the rice was horrible and hard to chew, almost uncooked, and as i was leaving the store, i heard someone screaming very loudly in the restroom. if i could leave a zero star i would. horrible.

Chipotle in Enfield is an unfortunate location. This store has the potential to be good, unfortunately it seems the staff disagree.
The staff is biased in how they portion their meals. I watched as a young man received three times the normal amount just for being friends and I received mere scraps.
The food itself was laughable. Every bite was chewy and off, and it felt like everything was the wrong temperature. Everything was way too chewy and unfortunately, it felt like I was working to eat my food, instead of simply enjoying it.
In fact, my friend had to spit out his steak since it was terribly grimey and almost inedible.
In conclusion, this store needs a lot of work. Perhaps it could help to have new management or to have coaching sessions with the employees. If this location does improve, I'd be happy to partake!

Ts was sooo ahh gave no food, but he gave so much to this other kid. The music was sooo off. Very dirty place. The cheese looked very off and didn’t feel good about eating it. Wow, I’m absolutely floored by how disappointing my visit to the Chipotle at Enfield was, and I’m practically bursting to share this one-star review! The dining area was an absolute mess, with food crumbs and splattered sauces all over the tables and floors that clearly hadn’t seen a broom in ages—yikes! The counter where they whip up those burritos? Total chaos, with ingredients strewn about like a food fight just went down, and the staff didn’t seem the least bit excited to tidy up between orders. Don’t even get me started on the trash bins—they were overflowing with enthusiasm, spilling onto the floor! The food itself was ahh and eating in that grimy environment was a real buzzkill and made me wonder about their hygiene standards. I’m passionately hoping management gets fired up to clean this place up because no customer should have to dive into their meal in such a wildly messy spot!

7/8/25 Disgusting restaurant!!!! I was so excited to eat at Chipotle. It's one of my top list of favorite restaurants, but this location is disgusting.I first went to the bathroom which had pee all over the seat and floor, plus no toilet paper. Then after already being turned off by the restroom, I thought I would give it a chance. I seen the soda machine area and it was extremely dirty(straws, napkins, and soda everywhere). Proceeded to the counter and there was food all over the place, everything looked old and dried out and many containers were empty. Plenty of employees,but they all were standing around talking and laughing. I walked out without purchasing anything and will never return to this location.I don't know who the manager is at this location and on this night, but their definitely not doing their job. Very sad and highly disappointed.

BEWARE!! This Chipotle is extremely dirty, lacks friendly staff, and thinks it’s ok to serve brown, nasty guac.
To start, the beans looked dried out and gross.. that should have been our first red flag to turn around and walk out.
We were not offered queso for our bowls, and when I requested it, we were given a disappointing spoonful despite paying for this “extra.” I wanted to add guac to my bowl, but it was obviously spoiled - see the pics for yourself.
Surprisingly, the portion sizes were “ok” but I did happen to notice one of the Chipotle workers going on break made sure his bowl was heaping over the top. (So much so, he wouldn’t have been able to close it with a lid.)
Then, when we went to fill our drinks, there was a mess on the counter causing the straws to get wet. We visited 15 min after opening so there’s no excuse for why the restaurant could not be clean. The tables were also a mess and had to be selective of where we sat and even then, had to wipe it down.
All in all, the we will NOT be back and instead will take our business to the Moe’s next door where the food is fresh and you don’t have to pay extra for chips, salsa or chipotle ranch. Heed my warning and take your business elsewhere.

I’ve never been in a chipotle before that was as messy or dirty as this one. Food all over - serving station, floor, tables etc. drink area was unkempt as well. Food seemed dried out too. At 1:45 they were running out of many items. It seemed like they were short handed. Atmosphere was dismal. Employees were trying their best! Tw, I’m a big fan of chipotle in general.

They have times they can't keep up with online orders. Can be a bit chaotic, Not the cleanliness.
This is the best branch. There's always enough staff to run things smoothly. They seem to cost less - no extra charge for guac and my dad likes just beans and rice in his burrito, so they just charge for sides which is pretty sweet of them rather than charging for a whole burrito. Staff is high quality. Highly recommend!

Low score for poor service can’t even get a proper serving ask for extra anything and you’ll get a quarter spoon but yet they’ll charge you for extra smh ridiculous. Honestly speaking cook at home.
