Ordered chipotle on door dash from this Enfield location. Ordered a simple quesadilla with chicken cheese and for sides, sour cream white rice and guac. Received my order with just the quesedilla and sour cream, no sides at all. Annoying to say the least because the issue is not with door dash, it’s with whoever is making the order and clearly cannot read a slip correctly. Do better or hire people that can correctly read EVERYTHING

Counters were disgusting and the grill looked like it had not been cleaned in months. It doesn't look like anyone cleans there at all. My food was cold. Will not be eating here again.

Great place! I'm a regular here. Every time I come in the staff always makes the perfect meal. The staff do a wonderful job and are very friendly and kind!

The staff at this location is very unfriendly and they do not work together as a unit. One person is always doing everything, with the person at the register barking orders and not being helpful. They are consistently out of ingredients, and my order is usually wrong if I order online. I would skip this one.

The fresh chicken being cooked smelled awesome my only issue is if you cannot wrap a burrito so it's closed correctly then you should get help or get someone who can because a burrito is to be enjoyed by hand not fall apart in your hand that's 1 next is keep an eye on the amount of protein they put seems like a lot of money for such a little amount this was an issue at other chains but they adjusted and made things right I will try authentic Mexican spots nearby next time I have a feeling we are over paying here I could not take a picture as my hands were full of the burrito spewing out both ends....so they never gave me my receipt and I doubt they will check cameras to confirm I'm not making this up peopl get your receipt so if you run into consistency problems they are going to ask you for that apparently people have nothing better to do then make things up our word is not bond our receipt is lol I paid cash or I'd have statement from card charge that's the other thing have that handy so they don't mess around with us

I’m not sure what’s happened in the last three years or so but the amount of food that I’m receiving at this location versus what I’m paying for compared to other locations I’ve frequented over the years is absolutely horrendous. The bowl I received from here was half full and barely had any meat in it and I did two meats. I could’ve sworn there was a whole thing about skimping on the meat in these locations and specifically Connecticut I remember 7 Hazard Ave being one of such places that was guilty of skimping on portions.

We used to visit this location weekly as a healthy dinner option. We live around the corner. One of our favorite ingredients is the mixed veggies in place of protein or with it. This location NEVER has them. We stopped visiting often because they are always “sold out” of them. Not one time in all of 2024 were we able to get them. We tried different days and times. Not ONCE did they have them for dinner. I guess if you’re a vegetarian you’re out of luck at dinner. My husband finally agreed last night to see if maybe they would have them now in the new year and to try the smoked brisket. Nope. STILL NO VEGGIES. I asked them to make more and they said they were sold out. Which is the answer every single time we go. Well here’s an idea… order more??? How do you offer a vegetarian option and not have them on a Friday night at 5:30?? Or at 6 or 7 pm. One of the busiest nights for going out. In fact every single protein option besides chicken was out of stock. If you looked into the pans they were all empty. At 5:30. On a Friday…. 8 employees standing around and no one cared. I almost walked out. They managed to have some steak almost ready so I waited. Come to find out they gave me a super tiny portion of steak and then loaded the top of my salad with sour cream and cheese to hide it. And since when do you not make a salad starting with lettuce? They put a few spinach leaves on the bottom of mine and I was supposed to add lettuce in the top. Isn’t that a bowl? A salad starts with the lettuce… Or at least it used to. I don’t know what you are doing in this location but it has gone downhill. Now we go to your competitor Moes. At least they have options and are always cooking more until they close. They’ve never once told me veggies were sold out. I got charged $25 for two meals that were missing what I really wanted. My husband told me last night, don’t ask me to go ever again. I am tired of being disappointed and angry. I don’t think peppers and onions are that expensive. You’re losing weekly customers because someone can’t be bothered to order more. Or be bothered to cook more. That’s a sad excuse to disappoint your customers.

You better do your job! JUST CHOPPED TOMATOES INSTEAD OF FRESH TOMATO SALSA IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I'm not even talking about that missing veggies and also my missing CHIPS & QUESO!!! You're Chipotle and you don't have chips and Queso??? Don't order from this Chipotle, it's just a waste of money! This people gotta get fired!!!

I have never ordered from this chipotle and had my order be correct/not missing items. Very disappointing as a loyal chipotle customer that this is currently the closest location to me.
Be warned if you order in the app that you will never get your fajita veggies, chips, or sides. Doesn’t matter if it’s pick up or delivery.
Not sure if it’s the same for in person ordering, but we love getting quesadillas so we typically order through the app.
Extremely disappointing.
