In a group order today we had multiple issues. We ordered for a big staff. I for one ordered a STEAK AND CHEESE WITH BACON. I took a bite to realize my sandwich had a SCOOP of rice with Quinoa IN IT! I noticed my. Coworker had a rice bowl and putting two and two together, they obviously cross contaminated. There’s no reason my coworkers food was my freshly unwrapped sandwich. Another associate of mine said she couldn’t eat her sandwich because of how SOGGY it was. Even just the paper wrap was completely off and very rushed. Disgusting and very disappointing. We won’t be ordering for our office any further. DO BETTER AND STOP BEING RUDE OVER THE PHONE. Learn proper social skills.

I was hoping that dangelos was better in CT than in western Mass but I guess not. I asked for a turkey club. I also asked for the bacon to be crispy. I said almost burnt because I don't like bacon to be like chewing gum. They charged me 5 dollars for the bacon. They literally put on chewing gum piece of bacon on the large sandwich. How stupid are these people? Are they really this stupid? What the hell happened to dangelos? They used to be a reputable place to get a sandwich. $20 to throw away a sandwich.

Young America has to work I get it but for the amount of workers the sandwiches could have been made a tad swifter also note to the kid toasting the bread ends when you sweep you do that when there's no food being cooked or prepped dust particular get in the air then food and prep station Sweep then wipe down then cook people are watching Thanksgiving sandwich was good and I only posted this because it's true kids will be kids they got job done no one's perfect
