I ordered a Thanksgiving Toasted and a lobster roll with no lettuce online. When I opened the lobster roll, it had lettuce. I was having a bad day and I hate lettuce, so I called to complain. The general manager could not have been nicer. He offered to remake the lobster roll and deliver it. Which he did, and it took less than 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for a better resolution. (Or a better lobster roll).
