Worst service ever. Came in on 10/21/25 at 2:30PM in the afternoon. I ordered a hot coffee on their kiosk then used the restrooms. Came out and coffee wasn't ready. One man was behind the counter cleaning and listening/singing to music in headphones. I stood there for 5 minutes and he never spoke to me and never stopped cleaning and singing. I grew increasingly frustrated until I finally walked out.

This is probably the most consistently good Dunkin location I’ve been to. Might take a little longer on occasion but that’s usually because they’re taking their time to serve good food. The team seems to enjoy working together and it makes a difference.

I recently visited Dunkin’ and was thoroughly impressed by the staff’s exceptional friendliness and ability to handle a special order with such short notice, especially during a busy rush. Despite the fast-paced environment, they took the time to ensure my custom request was met exactly as I asked, with a smile. It’s not every day you see that level of customer service, where staff genuinely care about getting things right under pressure. I’ll definitely be returning for both the great service and the consistently delicious treats! Highly recommend!

This Dunkin has to be the worst Dunkin I ever got a cup of coffee from!! I’ve been drinking Dunkin coffee for over 40 years and never had such a horrible cup of coffee. Not a hard order. Med hot coffee 2 sugar 3 creams. It tasted like bitter water!! What a disappointment, I was really craving a good cup of coffee. I’ve had coffee from Dunkin that isn’t quite up to par to excellent (Dunkin in Poquonock store in Windsor CT makes the best!). Won’t go back to the Enfield Rd in Enfield ever again. Also the employees can’t take your order, you have to use a kiosk while they take care of the drive through. No register in the store.
