Excellent customer service. Drinks are always consistent and good. Food comes out hot. Very happy with this location. Only DD I will go to in Enfield!

This Dunkin has to be the worst Dunkin I ever got a cup of coffee from!! I’ve been drinking Dunkin coffee for over 40 years and never had such a horrible cup of coffee. Not a hard order. Med hot coffee 2 sugar 3 creams. It tasted like bitter water!! What a disappointment, I was really craving a good cup of coffee. I’ve had coffee from Dunkin that isn’t quite up to par to excellent (Dunkin in Poquonock store in Windsor CT makes the best!). Won’t go back to the Enfield Rd in Enfield ever again. Also the employees can’t take your order, you have to use a kiosk while they take care of the drive through. No register in the store.

terrible workers, I called because they messed up my order yet again and one of the employees in the background said “oh is that *my name* she always complains” like wow I guess they just hire anyone now, and this was my first time calling about them messing up my order so I’m not sure what they’re on about saying that I always complain. bad workers will always be bad workers.

I went there around 1-130. I was the ONLY person in line. I order two things, one of those things needed to be heated up. Served warm or not. Not only did the girl that took my order not friendly by any means, but she didn't properly COOK the food I had ordered. The middle was completely cold and inedible. They seemed to like chitchatting and laughing and fooling around than making the ONE customers food right. Do better.

Only drive through in the evenings. We didn't know but soon learned. Let the server repeat your order so it doesn't come out

This is my favorite Dunkin and I go out of my way to here. I live a mile away from a Dunkin, but yet I drive almost 10 miles (I know!!) to go to this location. I find I always get consistency here. I bring my pup with me and they always offer him a munchkin. I know it may seem silly that I go so far for a coffee, but I know I can be assured I am getting a good coffee!!
