It's the best Dunkin in CT and I travel all over the state. Very friendly and efficient team.
Just wanted to show my gratitude. I know I forgotten some names but Bruce, Riley, Kristen, Caleb, the lady with the snakebites and that super detail oriented guy who works on Sundays are notable but the entire team is amazing.

They gave me the wrong donuts. Maybe because they combined them and grabbed quick. I didn't realize til I got to the car. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to go in and fix it. Coffee was good at least lol.

This by far is my favorite Dunkin Donuts. I only use the drive up window. The are superfast with outstanding and friendliness with smiles that just make you day. Especially the one staff member with the UK accent. Live her. Stop by this location you will love it.

i was in there yesterday around 2pm afternoon, and i ordered my food and sat down, i saw an employee with a black shirt and a mask slumped over in a booth for about 45 minutes, it looked like she was nodding out the other employees tried to wake her up as it was getting a little busy and she had no response
Overheard the staff complaining about me… very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even apologize when I told them I heard them talking about me. Besides this incident this location can have a very slow drive thru on the weekends.

Every time I have gone to this Dunkin there has been HAIR in my food and drinks. If you are working with food you should be wearing a hairnet, as that is common sense. I don’t know who is working back there, and how dirty they are. I am very disgusted by this Dunkin and very disappointed in the quality of their food and drinks.
