Hash browns are supposed to be hot or warm not ice cold, snackin bacon is supposed to be fresh and hot not cold and hard as a rock and been sitting there since 7am pretty nasty to even enjoy, iced coffee isn't hard to make when it's simple not sure why it took 6 tries to make a 7 mocha swirl and 6 creams and tasted burnt each time and wasn't dark was very light

Didn't get me what I ordered (they forgot to add in the bacon of my wake up wrap) and the food felt undercooked to the point that I didnt even want 2 out of 3 of my wake up wrap. I would rather be late than have bad food 💔

Sausage on my sandwich was literally frozen solid, went into the store to have it remade, and they gave me another frozen sausage, then made me wait while they finished everyone else's order and never once apologized. I get back in my car for the 3rd time, and the sandwich was not what I even ordered. Asked for a refund but no one in the store knew how. As someone who worked at dunking for 6+ years, please train your staff.

This location is hit or miss on drive thru service and more often, it seems that my large coffee is filled 3/4” from the top. I don’t expect it to be spilling from the lid, but this is unacceptable. Especially when the bottom if the paper cup is raised 1” now. We’re all likely getting Medium amount of coffee in a Large cup every day.

Drive through order. Employee was disinterested in assisting. Did not greet me when approached the window. When he handed me my change he dropped it on the ground not in my hand . He did not say a word just turned around to chat with fellow employees. I left the drive through; drove around the building again stopped the car picked up the change, knocked on the window and threw the change on the counter. Please retrain this ineffective service person in service etiquette. He was horrible. I was not offered a receipt. This was between 5-520 pm Tues 16 Oct. I stopped patronizing this store years ago due to consistent bad service.

Managed to get every single part of my order wrong, almost impressive. Ordered a hot chocolate, got black coffee. The coffee I did order was burnt tasting and the donuts were the wrong donuts AND stale. I waited an excessive time in the drive thru, they weren't busy. Just incompetent. Avoid at all costs, go to the one down the road.
So I normally get my coffee 7 and 7 but this dunkin seams to always get it wrong. The last time I went I got it 10 and 10 and it was almost right. Next time I'll try 12 and 12. Every other dunkin in the area seams to make it right at 7 and 7 but not this one. Every time I go in it seams like it's a mess especially in the afternoon.

Asked for an everything bagel and was given a plain instead I also received a plain frozen coffee with no caramel swirl or drizzle like I requested
Every time I go, they are out of at least one thing I have ordered. Have seen employee get yelled at by other employee/or manager out back while in drive-thru line. Only stopping here out of necessity, nothing else.

Not a bad place for Coffee, but CONSTANTLY gets sandwich or other more complicated orders wrong. I can't tell you the number of times that I picked up a coffee combo only to find they gave me the wrong sandwich. Nothing more fun than taking a 30 minute round trip for lunch only for all the excitement to die when you find out they did it wrong again.

I feel like whoever is taking your order in the drive-through depends on if you get what you ask for, the younger workers get it right every time, the older worker this morning at 6am got it all wrong.

They always have unique donut creations. The manager, Cody is exceptionally friendly and conversational, and always ensures that my order is made perfectly.
