I feel like whoever is taking your order in the drive-through depends on if you get what you ask for, the younger workers get it right every time, the older worker this morning at 6am got it all wrong.

This place has gone downhill FAST. I made a mobile order and waited almost 20 minutes IN THE STORE before someone finally made it. Don’t make a drive through order in the afternoon, you’ll be waiting FOREVER! PEOPLE HAVE PLACES TO BE, POUR THE COFFEE AND MOVE THE

They made me wait behind a girl who was waiting to have money electronically sent to her. Took ten minutes at least. Then watched as all the people in line behind me got their coffees. When I asked where mine was nobody knew anything. Employees were all over the place and management was either not present or incompetent......

I come here every morning because it’s right on my way to work. I get the same thing every morning, coldbrew with brownie batter liquid sugar and cream. Some how recently every morning I go it’s always wrong. There’s either no brownie batter no cream or it’s just a black coldbrew. I’ve had to stop at different Dunkin’s just to get it remade without being late. It’s getting ridiculous it has happened 6 times now in the past 3 weeks.
