I had put in a schedule ahead order which mind you the app said it went through. I got there and told them the name it was under and they told me to pull up. I got up there and they were asking for like 3 dollars when I had already paid with my card on the app. They had the manager come over and she had the rudest attitude towards me telling me they couldn’t do anything about it and stood there and continued to talk about me behind the window which was closed. That Dunkin just lost a customer. Will be going to a different one from now on.

I ordered a coffee and a donut. A simple order! I watched the guy making my coffee, “shake” my coffee with his hand. He wasn’t wearing any gloves and you could see the coffee that came from the cover on his hand. I ordered a Boston cream donut. When I open the bag, there is an actual feather on my donut. Right there in the frosting! They always take forever, and there always rude! There are several other Dunkin’s in the area, I recommend going to one of those for better service!!

The most unfriendly dunkin you've ever been too. That's saying something. 7 ppl and not one good morning or hello. Another time the grumpy crackhead girl in the back came out front and threw my food at me.

Past 4 times I have gone waited over 15 min just to have to leave and about 6 other people left! This happened every time! U r loosing a ton of money because o left every time and am about to again! It’s always in the afternoon

I have been coming to this Dunkin for a few weeks due to having a new job. The staff here are unpleasant, not friendly, inattentive and have messed up my order several times. As a customer who came daily and tried to give the staff a chance I refuse to continue to be a regular at this particular store because the staff don't know the meaning of customer service.
I have never seen a team more rude staff when the line is almost invisible. Lazy and annoyed by any questions you ask. THE WORST DUNKIN IN CT. there are about 5 employees working and zero line everyone has an attitude and again moving at a glacial pace.

The employees are insanely rude. Nastey attitudes, cuts people off from talking, tosses the card back at me, ignored me when i asked a question. Waited over 10 minutes for two coffees. I've worked at dunkin there's honestly no excuse for any of it if you can't work nicely with customers maybe find a new career.

Great location and staff but the coffee there taste awful. Had one remade twice today. Went back and asked them just to throw it out. Went to another location. Not sure what happened but a coffee with syrup and sugar should taste like something not just hot water. Give coffee back to an employee and they just said okay. Kind of strange.

The workers are fast and efficient with getting everyone through the drive thru. Very friendly and polite. I love the inside. Its great for when I had to meet up with a realtor when I was selling my grandparents house. Plenty of space between tables and to walk without bumping into anyone.
