I sat at the drive thru window for 10 straight minutes after paying just to wait for HOT Chai latte. When I got it, it was so cold it seemed like it had been refrigerated. It was not as simple a mistake as giving me an iced latte by accident - this was literally a hot Chai latte that was served cold. Even the cup was cold to the touch. Not sure how that even happens. The only thing that kept me from rating it 1 star was because the chicken wrap was delicious.

I had a problem with an order due to a discrepancy on the app the evening before and was asked to come in the next day to receive a refund. I went in the next day and the manager (sorry I didn't get your name) quickly was gave me my refund, was very polite and diplomatic and explained the issue with the app. I drive a little further to come to this Dunkin at 89 Elm Street as the people there are friendly, courteous, hard workers and always get my order correct.

Typical Dunkin, I had my usual cheddar bagel twist heated up with a side of cream cheese. I got it quickly, they over toasted it just a bit but it wasn't bad at all
The people working here are great; they're friendly & fulfil orders properly. The food is good & the coffee is one of two Dunkin establishments in town that have better coffee than other places. There are always customers here which says a lot about the service, food & drinks! It's all one floor level & accessible, right off the highway & central to the shopping centers.
Parking: Parking is in the front of the building & in front of a strip mall with ample additional parking places.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are parking places up close to the front doors & the building is street level. There are some lower tables available aside from the bar stool height tables near the counter. They also have a drive thru to the right of the parking lot that wraps around the building.
All good except the restroom was filthy.
