I had a great experience at Dunkin’, thanks to Kyle. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about doing a good job. His positive attitude made my visit genuinely pleasant. However, I couldn’t help but notice the manager speaking to him in a way that seemed unnecessarily harsh. Kyle handled it with professionalism, but it was disappointing to see someone so hardworking not being treated with the same respect he gives others. I hope his efforts are recognized—he’s a real asset to the team.

This morning, we walked in, and my son did not see the donut that he wanted, and the employee Kim noticed that he was bummed out and especially made him the donut he wanted. Excellent service! Excellent atmosphere! And great food! What more can you ask for?

Horrible service,I waited while I watched others get served,then when they finally recognized me they handed me a coffee and said have a nice day ...Only thing is I also ordered food l. They then walked away as I waited even longer. Eventually I just asked for my money back. Wow.
