Unfortunately my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts was extremely stressful and surprisingly disappointing. I went through the drive through to order only 2 items and received such rudeness and sarcasm from the employee it was so unbelievable and unbearable. It was overly unacceptable on so many levels. Not to mention having burnt food items was adding more undue stress. When I proceeded to ask "Jack" for the store manager to share these disappointing experiences they stated they were the manager. Yet, being an experienced business owner and certified Business mentor [among other business professionalism], I didn't think anyone who ran a store would be working in the drive thru and treating any customer discriminatorily with so much rudeness. In the end, I never gave this person permission to give me poorly cooked food items [everything burnt], to talk to me loudly and state misleading facts about their position with Dunkin Donuts. Not a place to visit with my friends and family.
the food is fine and everything they just arent good with mobile orders i guess?? they take really long and they also never put them on the mobile order shelf so sometimes my food is been sitting but i cant get it because its behind the

I work at the mcdonald's across the street. Today is Sunday 7/30/23 and at 10:34 Skylar placed a mobile order. Our procedure is after 30 minutes if it is not picked up to chuck out the order. Around 11:05 i throw the food out, and 11:10 skylar comes in. I inform her its past 30 minutes and i threw the food out, and it being lunch can offer a refund or on lunch items. She threw a fit, cussing me out and throwing stuff at me like a child. I am disappointed in her behavior and i hope you are as well. Hire better staff no matter where the are.
