Gave me the wrong drink, then got pissed they had to make it the way I ordered it (which was hot) had an attitude when handing me my drink. Tasted sour and rotten. Disgusting place.

On a Saturday afternoon stopped in and there were 2 people behind counter working on drive thru orders. I wasn't acknowledged when I arrived. Was told will be right with you after 5minutes. After waiting another couple of minutes I left. I understand being busy, but at least I could have been told that it might take a little longer before they could service me. I don't go to Dunkin a lot, but I wouldn't go here again.

1/7/23 I got a coffee at the RT 5 East Windsor location and it came with a terrible cup. I stopped at this location an hour and a half later and they not only gave me the cup I wanted but remade my coffee. It wasn’t their mistake and they covered me.

90% of the time my coffee is wrong. By sight I can tell it. And when the label is "right", the taste says otherwise.I also can't help but notice the guy that works there, always has dirt or God knows what under his fingernails. Hygiene goes a long way when you're handling food.

I'm only giving this two stars because the guy was sweet and gave me my munchkins for free, but I got home and took a sip of my matcha green tea and it was awful. I opened the lid to see the color, sometimes there's just not enough matcha added, and I noticed that there was a solid 2 inches of drink missing from my cup... I'm not a happy camper. Not only does it taste bad but I wasn't given my drink full!

They have stolen $25 from me over the past few weeks. The app takes my money and then crashes, I’ve brought it up to the employees and they told me that they don’t know anything about it and won’t help me. I’m absolutely furious. The people who work there are as trashy and gross as the company. Great fit!

By far one of the lowest established and poorly managed Dunkin' branded franchises. They were kinda good quality wise from Christmas thru the end of January then their quality dropped off significantly no consistency between sandwiches I.e. one sandwich may have an okay looking bagel and the next would look like when you put your hand in a bathtub for a while and it wrinkles. I have also seen expired milk 3 days past in their front cooler as well as im fairly certain i heard some nasty productive coughing from behind the donut racks. I will be contacting the Public health department post haste I would rather not get the flu or worse from eating at a dunkin

Several signs saying that the drive-through is open till 9 PM. I arrived five minutes before nine. And was told that they were closed. Today is August 25, 2022 maybe management could look into who works on the shift or not advertise that they’re open till 9 PM. I would’ve not gotten off of 91 to go to this Dunkin, that said it was open, if I had known that I would not be served
