It’s typical Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and donuts so no issue with the food but the service and atmosphere is needing much improvement. They have young kids that work here with their friends coming in to talk with them and use vulgarity and very loud and not seem to care about their job. A lot of of the school kids come in after school to hang out which is better than the alternative, but there is no management at this location that overseas their people are working and not spending the time on their phone or having their friends come in causing a disturbance to people trying to enjoy a cup of coffee

This place sucks. I strictly go here for convenience since I live in the area. They take forever even when they’re not busy, definitely do it on purpose. They’ll have you just sitting at the drive through, straight radio silence. The workers are miserable. Just quit! You choose to work at Dunkin. There’s one cool chick there, dark hair with nice nails- keep up the good work, you are sweet. Basically, most of the employees could be fired and it would function at a more efficient pace.
Just avoid here.

Avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts at all cost! This the third time I’ve gone here through the drive-through for a toasted bagel with cream cheese and they barely toast it and skimp on the cream cheese! They pretty much give you a dry bagel! Don’t know why they are so cheap! But it’s happened three times already. So not going there anymore! avoid avoid avoid!

Went thre drive though, they were very rude at the speaker, when I got to the window there was another person there that was actually nice. It took a bit to get my drink and I was th only one in line so I don't understand what the issue was. When I finally got my drink it was made wrong.

I went in for a simple coffee and snack... I was the only 1 there. It took almost 15m. You got to be kidding me. Any time I have to stop here it takes forever. Staff wasn't really friendly.. Its not worth the headache..

Not happy with staff being so noisy, yelling and joking, and gossiping about other people. Maybe they should mop the floors instead and clean up the filthy, sticky substances on them. The floors were so bad that I had to wash my shoes when I got home. I didn’t want to post a complaint but we really just wanted to sit at a table and enjoy our coffee. We could not do that today, unfortunately.

TLDR: Most workers have an attitude and hate their jobs, service is terrible, THEYRE SERVING EXPIRED FOOD, and they never do basic cleaning in and around the store.Alright. I have to do it. Dunkin is my go to breakfast. A bagel and a coffee. Say what you will but I get it almost every morning. On weekends I go to this location because it’s closer to my home. And when I tell you for over TWO WEEKS now they have been serving sour/out of date veggie cream cheese!!! It’s straight up rancid. Save yourself and go to the Dunkins over on North Road. Adore most of the workers over there and they have hardly ever had my order messed up.In addition, this is directed explicitly to the white guy with glasses who always has an attitude and is always on his phone while other people work AROUND him. Can you literally just get another job dude? You clearly hate it….I remember when places actually used to be managed but most places in Enfield are straight up lawless these days.

Half my order was wrong,paid extra for cold foam on two drink didn't get it, lady in drive though was very rude just slammed the window on us,will definitely go to a different dunkin from now

The person making the food made my sandwich wrong gave me a croissant instead of a multi grain bagle. I asked for my bacon to be toasted almost burn5 when I saw you made my sandwich wrong I said I don't eat croissants. I eat multi grain bagels. He's like well. Do you want me to just toast the bagel And give it to you and you can move your sandwich onto that. I said, are you trying to take the lazy way out? He said yeah, when I received the right sandwich. My bacon was basically raw. Very bad service. will never come back. And I am not one to ever complain I get people tired or having bad day but this was just terrible
