ordered boneless wings and received this joke…when i went back to exchange for actual chicken wings they were very rude denied the switch& denied my refund. also ordered a pizza that was disgusting as well so seems like they cannot get anything right. never

Used to order once or twice a week but never again. Prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. The food was never fantastic, but it was cheap and decent enough. Not sure if they got new owners or just gave up, but the quality has taken a complete nosedive in the last year or two.Side note: Which genius decided to wrap grinders in paper plates and then foil? If you have a hot grinder the paper plate gets stuck to the cheese and now you're picking paper out. Grinder paper was invented for a reason and would definitely be cheaper than this foil and plate monstrosity you guys put together. Maybe stop cutting corners on the food and save money by not insulting your customers with that nonsense.

So I ordered the fish and chips tonight. The fries were soggy and the fish was was gritty. It had a very strong after taste as if the oil had not been changed. Im so over this place. Im all for 2nd chances but this is just to much. Ive ordered garlic parm wings, they were over cooked. I ordered a turkey grinder and more bread than anything. When I did go back to the restaurant I was disrespected by the cashier because my order wasn't worth fixing. Now this, I'm all set....

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered grinders and they didn’t even put cheese or Mayo on them. Didn’t even cut the grinders in half and was over cooked. Bread is like a sponge. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Havent been in CT in 9 years figured they would have changed. Why do you have omelets on your menu? Focus on what you are good at.

Pizza I ordered didn’t have any flavor bland everything except the sausage but I will say they have a good Buffalo chicken pizza and chicken bacon ranch pizza an the mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers are good but it’s hard to screw up something pre made and frozen needless to say I’ll only go to them for the Buffalo chicken pizza other than that I’ll go elsewhere
Women on the phone was nice. The recent price change is not updated. I would check with them before going there to place an order.
