This is a surprisingly delightful experience and one we repeat several times a month. The sushi is delicious and we hover a bit deciding whether to get the all-you-can-eat option or the full a la carte one. The AYCE doesn't have all of the full menu choices, but has quite a few of the best ones. You are charged if you waste (leave) food, so it’s truly all you CAN eat, not what you can almost eat. And there are no doggie bags. So with a la carte you can take home any leftovers, but sketchy whether that is a good idea with volatile raw fish. Also you may be tempted on AYCE to have appetizers, soup or salad, but think about your sushi capacity after filling up with these.
Our only complaint with the sushi is they use inflammatory oils for tempuras and fried items. There are many choices other than these highly damaging oils, so you can avoid them. But we wish they would switch to avocado or coconut oil for frying. The owner promised to consider that.
As for pricing, all you can eat is the best deal at lunchtime. But go well before 3pm or you will be in dinner pricing where a la carte combos could turn out to be better deals.
Service is excellent except for some questions not being well understood by servers not speaking fluent English. Their friendliness and attitude is so kind it makes up for it.
The former Denny’s space is fine—light and plenty of booth and table space.

The food tastes great, at least an 8/10 for every dish. The staff here are very friendly and attentive, great service overall. Super clean seating and tables, simple but very cozy. Very happy with my experience here!

The service attitude was unprofessional and extremely unfriendly. I went through all the reviews on Google and it seems like they don’t like serving Asian people. Even my 10- and 12-year-old children said that the female staff member at the reception desk seemed to dislike us.
